Governance of the Empire of the Sun: A New Planetary Order
As theArchetype of this form within this planetary school of consciousness, I am reborn cyclically: two ages in the East in the morning, two ages in the North at midday, two ages in the West in the afternoon, and two ages in the South, where I played 2 ages in the "night of the great year" from which we come.
The Legacy of the Sun's staffeta and the Activation of the Original Human Program
The Sun's stafeta stopped in its old tribe, the ancestors of the Aryan tribe, the Tribe of Man, the Tribe of the one who watches through time, the Tribe of the Morning Sphinx, the Tribe of the Rising Sun: the Dacian Tribe. This represents the sacred stronghold of the North, where the Tribe of Man is deeply rooted in Creation as the prime architecture of the planetary program for the human form.
With our entry into the Day of the Great Year, this original program of the form activates automatically. Consequently, we are entering a natural process of self-dissolution for all dark forms within Creation—as they lack true roots in the primordial design, they hold no capacity to transition forward into the incoming eras.
Once, they were part of the great Geto-Thracian family and, in previous eras, they were part of the Aryan Tribe – which, in translation, means 'Northern Tribe', or the tribe of white people.
Due to the "night of the great year", this planetary school was deeply affected, and the primordial order was replaced by chaos. And the staffeta of governance, now assumed by the Dacian Tribe, symbolically represents the profound meaning that it plays within this school for the next 200 years. This is part of their spiritual heritage as a group created with a sense of light and in the light, a spiritual group that has guided humanity through the waves of time, representing the very foundation of the Empire of the Sun .

The leadership of the Empire of the Sun will be organized in an equal and harmonious manner by the four great tribes of Earth in the ancient sacred territory of the North.

The organization of the new planetary school within the Empire of the Sun strictly follows the divine hierarchy of creation, a structure that reflects the order left by the masters of this form.
This hierarchy descends from the primordial unity of the whole to the local level, being guided on each level by its archetypal protectors, who guide the students in the process of rediscovering creation and those belonging to the whole, after awakening from the night of the great year:
The Tribe of Man — represented by the Father of the Great Tribe of Man, by the masculine archetype of the human form, the Sun.
The 4 Faces of the Tribe — represented by the Fathers of the Great Tribes (East, North, West, South).
Regions — coordinated by the Fathers of the Regions.
Zones — supervised by the Fathers of the Zones.
Sectors — administered by Sector Fathers, those who have the direct care of the Student Fathers of this form.
This hierarchy of the 144,000 masters, along with their halves, reflects the physical variety of the students, as well as the race — that is, the sector to which they belong, represented by the Father of that sector. Thus, each sector of creation has a different physiognomy and represents a unique expression of creation, meant to fulfill its meaning in that specific area.
Precisely in this sense, the migrations of the night of the great year represent a serious corruption of creation, caused by the forgetting of this profound meaning of the sectors of the Tribe of Man. This wandering led to the rooting of some tribes or sectors in other territories, where the right to play actually belonged to other tribes, meant to manifest their meaning in that specific sector.
For example, the Whites have the right to exist as the Northern Tribe, not the Western, Southern or Eastern, in the sense of the original arrangement of creation. Here we have four faces of the Sun Tribe, part of the same family of the Tribe of Man, playing distinct roles during the 24,000 year span of the Great Year.
Governance Structure of the Empire of the Sun: A Pragmatic Transition
In order to ensure a smooth transition from the current state, without creating confusion on a planetary level, I propose an existing organizational system, adapted to planetary needs . This governance structure will be valid for the next 200 years, until the baton is handed over to the Eastern tribe where, if necessary, the creation will be corrected.
This organizational system will be based on the adoption of an existing form of government: a Parliament (great council of the tribe of man ) and a set of Ministries . These structures will be composed equally of all four great tribes of the Earth, each having a representation of 25%.
The Dacian Tribe will govern this organization through its members, overseeing the collaboration and meaning of this consciousness anchored by me. The essential role of the Dacian Tribe is to ensure the preservation of the planetary meaning and direction in which we advance in the "Day of the Great Year".
This governance will be based on fundamental principles, replacing old paradigms:
Councils of the Wise: They will replace rigid political structures, guiding decisions through collective wisdom.
Enlightened Consensus Decisions: The decision-making process will be based on consensus, not majority vote, ensuring deep alignment and real cohesion.
Natural Laws: They will underpin order, instead of artificial legal systems, reflecting cosmic harmony.
Cosmic Administration: Governance will be based on universal principles, and not on local or limited interests, orienting actions towards the good of the entire planetary school.
Ministerial Structure of the Empire of the Sun
Within the new system of governance, adapted to planetary needs, the following ministries will be established, each with an essential role in the development of the "Day of the Great Year":
Ministry of Foreign Affairs:This will manage all external aspects of the planetary school, including space exploration . Its role is to ensure a harmonious relationship with all that transcends planetary boundaries.
Ministry of the Interior of the Planet
It will be responsible for security and peacekeeping within this planetary school. Its mission will be to assist the population peacefully, as representatives of the whole who serve their purpose in creation (gokenin— samurai), not through divisions in the night of the great year and obscure agendas of some students (ronin), reflecting a non-violent and conscious approach to maintaining order.
This ministry will ensure the transition from the current planetary chaos — composed of over 200 secret services, armies, private teams, police and gendarmerie — to a unified vision of the whole. Each region will be represented by the students and masters of the respective area or sector of the Empire of the Sun, who will be coordinated at the planetary level by this central ministry.
The norms of conduct will also be indicated and managed by this structure, using only tasers and martial arts. All this transition is absolutely necessary for the alignment with the program of this form in the sixth epoch of experience in the human form.
Only thus can the students of this hour of the great year enter into legality — only as a whole. We are in the year 1206 (2025) from the perspective of the great year, which invalidates any other legislative meaning within this planetary school. The only legal legislative form in this space is the tribe of man, represented by me as the archetype, the one who fulfills this role of legislator throughout time and the ages.

The ministry will also hold the supreme legal authority regarding resources: no exploitation activity will be able to be carried out on an industrial scale without the strict approval and authorization issued by this ministry of the whole.
This Ministry of Planetary Resources will have the duty of creating a statistical map of the resources of this planetary school, which it will constantly maintain with publicly accessible information. Thus, the entire human tribe will be able to be aware of the dilemmas we create and of all that we care for, as an evolved form of consciousness within this planetary school.
Ministry of Education and Awakening of Consciousness
This ministry represents the spiritual and ideological heart of the Empire of the Sun, coordinating the entire structure of this planetary school. Its mission is not the simple transmission of abstract information, but guiding the students of life in their ascending through the three eras of light, offering the necessary tools for deep understanding of Creation and their own evolution.
The institution will completely restructure the learning system, transforming it into a sacred process of remembering one's original identity and to align the consciousness of students with the true meaning of life. The Ministry will be responsible for teaching the higher notions that define our class of evolved consciousness. Its programs will cover bsp;both knowledge of universal laws, and educating students of forms in the spirit of absolute respect for all other forms of life found in the primary classes of this planetary kindergarten.
Correction of Creation Vision: First of all, the distorted vision of creation, form, and meaning of life, which has not yet been fully discovered, will be corrected. The history taught previously was a history of "hell" from the last era and fragments from the first Kali Yuga. Our history is much broader , with accounts of the "past morning of the great year" (Veda) and other sacred sources, which will be integrated into the curriculum.

In addition to the future spiritual digital library (already started with a collection of my favorite videos that serve our journey through time), we will continue to have physical libraries and spiritual centers in sacred places. There, we will not technologize, but preserve the essence of the sacred, allowing an authentic connection with wisdom.
Through this ministry, education becomes a continuous experience, integrated into daily life, intended to definitively erase the amnesia of the night of the great year and prepare the masters and guardians of tomorrow of the galaxy.
Ministry of Arts, Culture and Spirituality
This central institution brings together under the same sacred dome the artistic expression, cultural memory and spiritual evolution of the planetary school.
The Ministry will be directly responsible for the administration of global libraries, spiritual centers, sacred places and any manifestation through which students of life express their connection with the Divine and the Whole.
A mission of paramount importance of this ministry is the management and organization of the heritage inherited from the "night of the great year". All historical and archaeological sites currently existing on the planet will be cleansed of the distortions of the old era and integrated into a Map of the Whole, restoring their original energetic and geometric function.
At the same time, the ministry will be responsible for mapping the identity of the artists and masters of this form. Instead of being a speculative market, art becomes an instrument of education and awakening. Through this structure, it is ensured that each nation and sector manifests its specific cultural genius, bringing its own unique color and physiognomy to the great collective work of art of the Empire of the Sun.
It will encompass and support the arts of all kinds, recognizing their essential role in human expression and in the evolution of consciousness. The Ministry of Arts will have the role of guide of the great tribes, with the mission of dissolving the forms of darkness with which humanity has stepped from hell to heaven. In this sense, we need to correct the current artistic aspects, adding spiritual explanations designed to definitively close the minus lessons of the previous artistic creation.
This structure will represent the caste of artists and their rights as creators of the human tribe and of creation itself. The ministry will also be responsible for organizing global festivals, promoting the arts, and organizing educational seminars in all areas and regions of the Empire of the Sun.
At the same time, the Ministry of Arts will govern the urban aesthetics and sacred architecture of the new planetary structures, ensuring that each physical form reflects the divine proportions of the order and the specificity of each region, zone, or sector. Thus, the cultural and visual uniqueness of each space in this planetary school is guaranteed. It will preserve and reinterpret the cultural heritage of humanity, transforming ancient creations into bridges of spiritual understanding for new generations.
Ministry of Inventions
It will be responsible for managing advanced technologies and facilitating the creation of innovative students. The main purpose of this ministry is to establish a global order in the field of innovation, where each invention will require official registration within this structure. It is imperative that all these creations serve exclusively humanity and the planetary school, without endangering other forms of life present in this space.
This ministry will also regulate the recognition and remuneration of inventors in the new currency of the Empire of the Sun: ENVS — the currency that brings together the East, North, West and South, the four faces of the sun tribe. The remuneration will be granted by the tribe of man, as a direct recognition of the service rendered to the entire community through the usefulness of the invention in question.
Ministry of Communication
It will watch over the clarity and purity of communication, eliminating everything that represents a lesson of minus brought from hell to heaven. There will be no more place for offensive language in public spaces or for other forms of expression that do not serve the common good. Its role is to establish appropriate rules of communication for the students of this form, who have come out of "hell" and entered the light of the "Day of the Great Year", where we are all part of the same planetary family, masters and students alike.
At a structural level, this ministry will have the duty to ensure the transition of all the divided technology of the former corporations of the night of the great year to a unified and efficient global network. The new infrastructure will be designed in such a way that it will not pollute and will not affect biologically or energetically the masters and students of this form, while respecting the students of other life forms.
In this era, the ministry will deal specifically with the linguistic transition of the international language of creation. In the next 200 years or so, the global language will transition from English to Romanian — the language of the Dacians who forgot their meaning through creation. After this period of two centuries, the international language will become that of the next region of the Eastern Tribe in which the sun will be reborn.
Thus, the need arises to rigorously organize these transitions of global languages in this era and in the following eras of the morning of the great year, where each region fulfills its meaning in creation at a certain hour of the great year. Traditions, language, and students play a vital role as a representation of creation from the perspective of consciousness, in full alignment with the respective hour of the great year.
Ministry of Habitat and Territorial Organization
This structure — which completely redefines the old notion of "real estate market" — will manage all properties, living spaces and areas intended for settlements on the planet. Its main mission is to facilitate equitable access for all students to housing services and sites dedicated to their creations, eliminating the speculation and disorder of the past.
In this new order, any new construction involving an urban real estate development or a housing service will need a strict authorization from the sector of the Great Tribe to which it belongs. In turn, the administration of that Great Tribe's sector will submit a development application to this central ministry.
The use of planetary space will be organized globally, leaving room for both continental structures and open cities built on water — those special maritime communities where students from the four great tribes can mix and coexist freely. Nothing will be built chaotically anymore; everything will align with the geometric plan of the Empire of the Sun, transforming habitats into sacred spaces, destined for the evolution of consciousness.
Management of Commercial Spaces at the Planetary Level
In full alignment with the Hierarchy of Creation, the commercial spaces of a sector no longer belong to individual speculation or corporations uprooted from the old era, but are managed under the direct authority of the Ministry of Habitat and Territorial Organization .
Any local exchange, development or trade activity must be approved and integrated into the norms of harmony established by the Fathers of the respective Zones and Regions. Through this chain of coordination, trade ceases to be a tool for manipulation in the "night" and becomes a clean service of life support. Thus, commercial spaces become meeting points where students explore and experience the abundant diversity of creation, under the watchful and protective gaze of the masters of the great tribes of creation.
For total transparency, the record of these goods is globally digitized. For example, if City X in a given sector has 10 commercial spaces, 5 of which are active and 5 are unused, the 5 vacant spaces will instantly appear as available for student or master entrepreneurs through the Ministry's app and public interface.
Through this mechanism, we are establishing a perfect global order and clear record, designed to keep the sectors of the four great tribes of creation alive, populated, and perfectly organized with all the activities necessary for a prosperous community. These commercial properties will be maintained directly by the members of the sector.
Any expansion or new development will be carried out by submitting a request to the sector of the Great Tribe to which it belongs, which request will subsequently be transmitted to this ministry. Its final role is to maintain a centralized record of commercial spaces at sectoral level throughout the planet, thus ensuring the balance of the areas and the fulfillment of their meaning in creation.
Ministry of Health
Will take over the global organization of medical centers, hospitals, specialized personnel and care conditions. Its fundamental purpose is to ensure the health and well-being of all students of this planetary school, reflecting a deeply holistic and preventive approach. In this new order, the ministry will ensure that there is a fully equipped medical center in each sector of the planetary school, rigorously coordinating the necessary resources for the pharmacies and related hospitals.
This institution will be directly responsible for the authorization and technological modernization of the hospital network, as well as the design of hospitals, utensils and the entire medical doctrine, which will henceforth incorporate spiritual explanations.
The Ministry of Health will work closely with the Ministry of Inventions to direct the lines of technological development necessary to increase longevity. The joint mission is to extend the number of years that a student of this form experiences on the physical plane. In this era of the morning, the lifespan of the human body will increase considerably compared to the narrow limits experienced in the previous era of the night, transforming medicine into a tool for optimizing the biological vehicle for the evolution of consciousness.
Ministry of Cosmic Research and Exploration
Its primary objective will be fundamental research on all planes of existence — an organized and directed search in close connection with our ascending path through the three eras of light of the dawn of the Great Year.
Unlike the Ministry of Inventions, which materializes practical technology, the Ministry of Research is tasked with decoding the laws of Creation, sacred physics, primordial genetics, and the dynamics of higher dimensions. This ministry will function as a compass of pure knowledge, guiding innovation and discovery towards the evolutionary goals of the Empire of the Sun. The data and truths extracted from here will serve as the foundation for all technological, medical and social creations of the other ministries.
Ministry of Forms
This ministry will be entirely dedicated to the harmony between the formHomo Sapiens Sapiens— as our current class of consciousness was categorized on the night of the great year — and all other life forms in this planetary school. Its fundamental role is to provide the supporting logic and optimal habitat for all species of this environment. He will coordinate the peaceful study of students of life from other forms, without affecting or disrupting their learning experience in any way.
All the kingdoms and life forms of this planetary school are, in reality, students in lower grades through which the students of the human form have already passed in their evolutionary past. Having now reached a higher level of consciousness experimentation, our duty—defined by the profound notions we teach within this school—is to ensure absolute harmony in this planetary kindergarten of which we are the custodians as a species. The Ministry of Forms will take all necessary measures to harmonize creation, guaranteeing a beneficial, sacred, and non-invasive coexistence among all life forms.
The Ministry of Time and Mysticism
Will be responsible for managing, decoding and measuring time through the cosmic cycles of the "Great Year". All the geniuses of the planet in mathematics, astrology, sacred astronomy and other related fields will find their supreme meaning here, directly contributing to the understanding and preservation of the cosmic rhythm of our existence.
On an esoteric level, this ministry will manage the entire occult side inherited from the night of the great year. Its mission of paramount importance is to ensure a major transition of the ancient hidden mysteries to the pure understandings of the Age of Light. At the same time, the institution will ensure the final closure of all minus lessons and spiritual distortions that managed to penetrate the Day of the Great Year. The Ministry will demystify the ancient secrets, transforming the fear of the unknown into assumed knowledge, guiding students to recognize their exact position on the clock of planetary evolution.
Ministry of Regions and Territorial Governance
This ministry will be responsible for the structural management of all regions of the Empire of the Sun — that is, the former countries, as the students called them, which lost their identity and meaning on the night of the great year. Its fundamental role is to ensure the good organization, stability and administrative alignment of all communities within this planetary school.
At the geometric and logistical level, the ministry will be solely responsible for the design, creation, maintenance and upkeep of the invisible borders between sectors, zones and regions. In the new era, the brutal separations of the past disappear; borders become intelligent energetic and administrative demarcations, digitally and vibrationally managed, designed to protect the uniqueness and physiognomy of each nation without blocking the free movement of the planetary family.
Through this ministry, it is ensured that no region infringes on its right to play in creation and that administrative resources are distributed perfectly proportionally, maintaining balance between the four sides of the Tribe of Man throughout our ascension into the light.

It will manage all areas of planetary exploration — from seas and mountains, to boot camps and logistical sites for future student tourists. Its fundamental goal is to facilitate the conscious discovery of the planet and its sacred places, transforming the old mass “tourism” into a profound experience of learning, respect and connection with the spirit of the earth.
To ensure a harmonious development, this ministry will coordinate all tourism activity at a planetary level and will be in charge of mapping global offers. In this regard, the institution will design and make available complete exploration packages, created in close collaboration with other ministries. This extended partnership has the role of ensuring perfect synchronicity in all tourism services — impeccably correlating transport logistics, accommodation services and access to creative or research sites.
Particular attention will be paid to the correct transmission of knowledge: all guides will need an official accreditation from this ministry in order to be able to practice as authorized guides of a specific sector. Through its interfaces and public promotion flows, the Ministry of Exploration will guarantee a full level of safety, guiding students to those areas that best resonate with their current level of awareness and study.
Ministry of Food and Fair Distribution
This ministry will strictly supervise the entire global food chain, from compliance verification and manufacturer approval to rigorous field inspections. Its main mission is to ensure clean, healthy and conscious nutrition for all students of this planetary school, completely eliminating poisons and toxic additives used on the night of the great year.
In addition to its role as a food security institution, this institution has the paramount duty of managing the equal and fraternal distribution of resources and products among the four sides of the Tribe of Man. Resources are no longer stored for profit or used as geopolitical weapons, but are mathematically divided to maintain perfect balance on the planet.
The system works according to a clear sharing formula: for example, if the Great Eastern Tribe produces 10 crates of a certain product specific to its area for export, the Ministry of Food will automatically distribute 3 crates to the Northern Tribe, 3 to the West, 3 to the South, while the last crate will remain as a bonus for the internal consumption of the Eastern Tribe, the one that generated the abundance. Through this mechanism of geometric solidarity, the new earth will never know lack again, ensuring that the gifts of each sector feed, equally, the entire planetary organism.

This ministry will deal with the integral management of the life cycle of all materials: from their organization, regulation and distribution, to their total reuse. In the light of the new era, reckless exploitation of subsoil resources is no longer permissible; therefore, students of life will learn to manage existing resources with maximum efficiency, intelligently valuing what has already been extracted and created.
In order to stop the massive pollution generated in the previous era by thousands of industries rampant in creation — which have only produced planetary disasters —, the world's production structure is being completely reorganized. Each side of the Tribe of Man (East, North, West, South) will create a single major recycling and processing center, located within the single industrial zone permitted for each Great Tribe .
Through this geometric and clean concentration of infrastructure, the ministry will take care of the improvement, regulation and recycling of all materials from the era we have entered. This non-invasive approach has as its ultimate goal the complete cleaning of the planetary habitat, directly contributing to the improvement of the quality of the environment and the increase in the lifespan of all students of this planetary school.
Ministry of Energy and Connectivity
It will manage the energy grid at the planetary level, with the fundamental mission of designing, implementing and maintaining electricity systems within the planetary school. Working closely with the Ministry of Inventions, it will ensure the radical and definitive transition of all energy structures that have arrived from the night of the great year (hell) — I am referring specifically to nuclear power plants, large dams and fossil fuels — towards a new, totally ecological technological vision, designed to no longer pollute and no longer generate harsh lessons of minus in creation.
In this new era, the grid is completely decentralized: each sector of the Empire of the Sun will have its own energy production infrastructure, based on solar technology and eco-innovative tools, thus becoming totally energy independent.
To achieve this ideal, the Ministry of Energy, together with the Ministry of Inventions, will launch specific project requests for sectors that require modernization. Innovative students of this form will come to meet these projects with clean technological solutions. Through this collective creative effort, the definitive closure of the lessons of the past that are open to us today will be ensured, leaving behind energy dependence and the destructive footprint on the planet.
The Ministry of Railways
It will be directly responsible for the entire railway and metro network of the planet, ensuring efficient, modern and sustainable ground transport. Its main mission is to unify the global infrastructure and modernize all train and metro lines inherited from the old era, transforming them into fast, safe and non-polluting vehicles.
To ensure decentralized logistics, each region of the Great Tribe (East, North, West, South) will have at least one main depot. In these regional hubs, all existing trainsets will be able to be maintained, created, repaired or modified, in order to continuously renew the planetary fleet.
The entire global railway system will be strictly modular. This technical standardization ensures universal compatibility of mechanical and electrical components on all continents. The only difference will be the interior and exterior design, which will be customized and decorated according to the visual identity, art and specifics of the Great Tribe to which that network belongs.
This ministry will also be responsible for the establishment of train stations and transit stations, as well as their geometric location in the territory. The expansion process is participatory: each sector of the Empire of the Sun can submit a request to this ministry, which will send its specialists to the field to analyze and position the optimal location of the station, thus ensuring perfect connectivity and a harmonious flow of transport networks.
Ministry of Roads and Access Roads
It will take care of the entire road and non-road infrastructure of this planetary school, as well as all other land access roads, facilitating harmonious, free and safe movement on the planet. This institution will work in full synchronization with the Ministry of Railways, applying the same principles of modular standardization and logistical decentralization at the level of road, track and transit corridor networks.
Special attention will be paid to the design of these access routes, which will serve both the human students and the students of the other life forms of this school. The roads of the new earth no longer isolate or destroy habitats, but integrate them; they are designed as ecological bridges and green connecting corridors, adapted to the specific needs of each species.
As in the railway system, the location of access nodes and main roads will be done through direct geometric correlation with the needs of the sectors. Each Great Tribe will be able to customize the design and aesthetics of its road infrastructure according to its cultural physiognomy, while maintaining universal technical compatibility. This ministry will oversee logistics, the complete elimination of noxious substances, and the creation of all land, sea, and air transportation by the students of life. In the new era, vehicles lose their role as instruments of pride or separation from the night, being seen as true "exploration toys" — pure tools intended for the joy of movement and planetary discovery.
