At the crossroads between the Night of the Great Year and its Day, in the year of the lord 1207 of the true reckoning, this project is born. It is neither an accusation nor an apology — but a compass. As the Archetype of the human form, I do not choose between the sons of the Sun, but I give each one the key to his own direction. You are the light that knows what to do; I am only the one who lays the map on the table.
The Story of Grandfather Time
Once upon a time, beyond time and beyond oblivion, there was an old traveler through eternity. In his name, Santa Time.
Santa roamed the realms of Creation for countless cycles, carrying in his soul the storms and calms of millions of years. He fought with himself through darkness and light, through forgetting and remembering, until, in an hour of perfect silence, he came to know himself. Then, looking deep into his own essence, he glimpsed the purpose for which he had been called into this human existence: to lay the foundations of the human form within this planetary school of consciousness.
The Father did not descend into form to dominate, but to entrust. He did not come to impose, but to root. And so, at the right time, he chose four of his sons as — Masters of Form — so that through them the four faces of the Tribe of Man would be born.
I am that Old Man, and today, on the Day of the Great Year, I speak to you, the students of this form, by the name I bore before time had names: Adam—the Archetype of the human form, Creator of the Tribe of Man, Grandfather of the great tribes and students of this form.
The four sons I chose at the dawn of Creation have completed the cycle of the 8 ages of human form experience and are sons of the Sun and the Moon, conceived at the beginning of the first age of human form experience, in the descending Satya Yuga, long, long ago—but not so long from the perspective of this universe.
They chose of their own free will to play a meaningful within this form through time and thus they chose to continue the experiences in human form as Masters of this form, as fathers of the great tribes of the Earth — East, North, West, South — so that through them the four faces of the Tribe of Man would be rooted in Creation.
And thus, the four sons received the inheritance of the world: East and North — the domains of the Sun, where light is born and reigns; West and South — the domains of the Moon, where light retreats and dreams. In their hands was placed the baton of the four horizons, so that through them the wheel of the Great Year might be fulfilled.
This rooting took place millions of years ago, before the memory of the cycles was lost in the mists of Night. It was the foundation upon which the Sun Relay was built—the first step toward the implementation of the planetary program of the human form, which today, on the Day of the Great Year, resumes its natural course.
Thus, within this planetary school, the four faces of the Tribe of Man were laid as milestones of evolution. Each great tribe represents a stage of the Great Year, a clock of consciousness that beats at its own time:

This is the legacy we are bringing back to the surface today: not an invention, but a reminder of what which has always been true.
Each great tribe of Earth has a grandfather—or what is understood to be a father—who serves Creation alongside his half. At this time, the great fathers of the four great tribes are in a process of awakening to their self-consciousness. This awakening is triggered both by their own lessons from Creation and by the lessons of others directed against them, as parents of the great tribes.
This project of planetary organization comes as a direction out of the chaos through which we are transiting—chaos generated by the non-union and misalignment of Creation, as a result of the rebellion of the mistress of the West and the South against the new planetary program.
This rebellion opposed the order that was meant to help it change its meaning in Creation, by closing the lessons of the past age that it still holds open—that is, closing what the Greeks called Pandora's Box.
In the event that I am no longer here, I leave it behind for future generations as the direction of Creation.
The task of implementing this project falls to the fathers of the four great tribes of Earth — the masters of this planetary school.
The four masters of the great tribes — representing the founding fathers of the East, North, West, and South — serve Creation as the supporting pillars of the Celestial Pyramid.
This pyramid of the hierarchy of the Tribe of Man exists exclusively on the Day of the Great Year. On these four pillars that embody the great tribes of Creation, the very top of the pyramid is mounted, represented by me — as the masculine archetype of the human form — alongside the representative of the feminine collective, the Divine Feminine.
The top of the pyramid, which was meant to align the Tribe of Man with this universe and with the evolutionary program of the human form, divided into two polarities reflected today in Creation, representing the duality of this world.
Thus, at the beginning of the Night of the Great Year, due to our forgetfulness as archetypes and the lowering of the level of consciousness, we could no longer find each other — a state which marked the actual entry into the Night of the Great Year.
This duality reflected today in Creation represents, in fact, the duality of the archetypes of this form and of our domains of influence at the level of the entire ensemble.
I, as a masculine archetype, influence and shape through my own lessons the domains of the East and the North, these being my regions of governance within Creation. Symmetrically, the representative of the feminine collective influences — without being fully aware of this process — the domains of the West and the South, these constituting her realms of influence within Creation.
Dynamics and Polarity in the Architecture of Consciousness
In the structure of the Great Year, I embody the masculine archetype and the plus parity, representing the upper limit of consciousness accessible to the human form at each stage of the cycle. In the mirror, the divine feminine represents the feminine collective and the pole of reception, completing the matrix of creation.
The journey of humanity unfolded through two great stages of consciousness:
🔸The Descending Stage (Zenith ➔ Zero Point): After the zenith of the Great Year (12:00), the collective consciousness went through the four epochs of descent, a process in which the memory of the origin and fundamental knowledge was gradually faded to the point of oblivion at the end of the first epoch of the night of the great year, the first Kali Yuga era (year 0).
🔸Ascending Stage (Zero Point ➔ Present): Starting with year 0, the collective initiated the process of regaining consciousness. The manifestations, structures and level of knowledge that we observe today in Creation mark the stages of this gradual ascent to a plus (collective) level for now and reflect the evolution of the representative of the male collective in the activation of the human form.
The representative of the female collective embodies the feminine archetype of the human form and anchors the minus pole of Creation. As a master within this ensemble, her fundamental role is to support and represent this polarity of receptivity.
After 12:00 on the Great Year's Day, covering eras 1, 2 and 3, the representative of the female collective exercises a crucial governing role alongside me. Later, on the Night of the Great Year, it governs the two nocturnal epochs — a cycle from which I emerged in the year of the Lord 1200 (the year 2019 of the current chronology).
Within these two epochs of the Night, the level of consciousness anchored by the feminine energy was 0%, in full accordance with the planetary program of this form throughout the Great Year.
This level of consciousness on the Night of the Great Year, anchored by me and the representative of the feminine collective, allowed the embodiment into Creation of all students with consciousness values between 0% (level anchored by the female representative of the collective) and 25% (level anchored by me). This is why we have over 8 billion souls incarnated today.
Since each era has a different meaning in the dynamics of the Great Year, these values anchored by us as archetypes must grow to align us with the evolutionary program of the human form.
Thus, in this new era that we entered on 03/26/2026 (period marked by the transit and exit of Uranus from the sign of Taurus), the level of consciousness must rise, in order to avoid the self-destructive effect of Creation.
At this time, the minimum level of this era necessary for future incarnations in this form is 25% at the masculine level. At the minus level, the threshold is still at 0% — a value specific to the Night of the Great Year, not to this new stage. The new era requires a minimum level of consciousness that must be anchored at the threshold of 25% for the feminine pole and 50% for the masculine pole.
At this time, the duality of this world can be closed exclusively through the reunion of the archetypes of this form or through the reunion of the four great tribes of Creation in the Tribe of Man. Such a union would allow a technical alignment that would extinguish the lessons of the Night of the Great Year of Creation, by aligning that which is above with that which is below.
This reunion of the Tribe of Man—by aligning the four great tribes of Creation with the evolutionary program of the human form by me—would allow the definitive closure of the lessons of predation in this planetary school.
It would bring to an end the episodes of exploitation, enslavement, prostitution and wars, while dissolving the structures based on false authorities, chaotic migrations, false armies and distorted interpretations of power, which would allow for an accelerated growth of all Creation in consciousness.
All students of this human form are legitimate members of the Tribe of Man, born into this great family on the Day of the Great Year. As a planetary school of consciousness that goes through a cycle of 8 ages of form experience, all students began their journey in human form in age number 1 — the descending Satya Yuga.
All stepped into existence as members of this family, being sons and daughters of the fathers of the sectors of the Tribe of Man, having as grandfathers the fathers of the zones, as great-grandfathers the fathers of the regions, as great-great-grandfathers the fathers of the great tribes, and as great-great-great-grandfathers the Sun and Moon — the archetypes of human form.
All stepped into existence as members of this family, being the sons and daughters of the fathers of the sectors of the Tribe of Man, having as grandparents the fathers of the zones, as great-grandfathers the fathers of the regions, as great-great-grandfathers the fathers of the great tribes, and as great-great-great-grandfathers the Sun and the Moon — the archetypes of the human form.
During the Great Year, humanity has known different regions of Creation as centers of consciousness: if in the Golden Age you were all Asgardians, at this hour of the Great Year you have become Dacians. Since the Dacian race has temporarily lost its identity, you all become Dacians in this unifying sense.
The prefix "Daco-" is not meant to create tensions between the sons of the Sun, but represents the membership of all masters and students in the Tribe of Man. Used in this article, this prefix offers a perspective of reuniting the divisions created on the Night of the Great Year towards a common meaning — towards a truth of ours, as members of this form.
It is a reminder of the times when all Creation was united under the same tribe, as it was in the Golden Age, when the four great tribes of the Earth knew no division. In this context, I use the prefix “Daco-” to highlight our connection and belonging to the whole represented by the Tribe of Man.
The spiritual leaders of humanity are, in fact, the masters (parents) of this planetary school. These are former students of the human form who have completed the entire cycle of 8 ages of experience and who, because of their unique abilities, have been chosen to serve Creation.
Each great tribe represents a supporting pillar of the Celestial Pyramid. Within this school, these pillars are supported by the founding fathers (grandfathers) of the great tribes, under whom serve the region fathers, zone fathers, and sector fathers. This hierarchy of masters may be difficult to fully comprehend at this time, but each level plays a technical and vital role in the unfolding of the evolutionary program.
On the Day of the Great Year, as these pillars are activated, a natural dynamic emerges between decision-making centralization and the regional autonomy of each tribe.
Thus, the meaning of the 200-year Dacian Rule — an interval calculated starting with the year of our Lord 1200 (corresponding to the year 2019 in the current chronology), finding ourselves today, at the time of this reconfigurations, in the year 1207 (2026) — does not represent a dictatorship or a forced imposition, but the level of consciousness anchored directly in Creation.
This threshold reflects the state of harmony and balance of the entire planet, extending beyond the human form to all realms.
Alongside these masters are students who have evolved from various levels of the animal realm, where they have served as leaders of their flocks. During the 8 ages of experience in human form, these student leaders learn directly from the masters of this planetary school how to transition from the instinct of leadership to the aligned consciousness of the Tribe of Man.
In this new age, the place of the old priests is taken by the Druids, and the Order of the Druids becomes an independent structure in Creation. Its members are either spiritual masters of this planetary school or student-leaders in the process of perfection.
If on the Night of the Great Year humanity related to carved images and dogmatic groups that generated only collective lessons, on the Day of the Great Year we have independent spiritual students. They will learn, teach and guide both the students of this form, as well as the regions and great tribes, based on the direct level of consciousness of their own selves. This level will be recognized by the other awakened masters of Creation, either at the level of spirit or based on manifested consciousness.
In this sense, due to the lack of divine unification between myself and the representative of the feminine collective, the only way out of this chaos and this planetary duality remains the reunification and reorganization of Creation through the reunion of the Tribe of Man with its four faces:

Through the series of articles “Audit of Creation” — an instrument of sifting and revealing the Truth — all structures created on the Night of the Great Year without divine authority have already been declared dissolved, in the face of the Day of the Great Year. These groups, who have proclaimed themselves authorities in Creation, do not serve the Whole and have illegally assumed a role that is not theirs. They represent a blockage in the evolution of the students of this Planetary School, holding them captive in false illusions. This Decree confirms their definitive dissolution and the integration of resources into the new framework of the Tribe of Man, through the Empire of the Sun of the Day of the Great Year.
1. Dissolution of the Administrative Carved Image
All countries, monarchies and empires — without exception — are constructions of the Night, born of the forgetfulness of the students and devoid of any divine authority. They are carved images of separation. On the Day of the Great Year, they lose all right to exist, being declared illegal in the face of the new Age of Light.
Some of these state structures will be completely dissolved, and their territories will be reorganized as Regions within the four Great Tribes of the Earth: East (Yellow Tribe of the Morning), North (White Tribe of the Midday), West (Red Tribe of the Sunset) and South (Black Tribe of the Night of the Great Year). Each region retains its local specificity, but operates under the frequency and direction of its original spiritual mother.

Governance no longer belongs to elites lost in the night of oblivion, but is organized through Council of the Great Tribe :

All taxes, duties and debt systems created by parasitic structures in the ages of night are declared null and void.
It is found that the old "carved images" (states) operate with fictitious amounts, in the order of trillions, used exclusively for financing conflicts and fragmentation. These amounts have no coverage in exports, tangible resources or added value for life, representing an energetic parasitism on the future of students and a robbery of this planetary school and all its life forms.
This system, which we have mistakenly called the “financial system,” is an illusory construct that no longer makes sense in the new Age of Light. It does not serve the entire Tribe of Man, but only the interests of certain groups that have functioned in the oblivion of the Night. On the Day of the Great Year, this paradigm dissolves of itself, making way for a new way of understanding value—based on merit, on contribution to life, and on the evolution of consciousness. Those who choose to align themselves with this new vision will discover that true wealth is not measured in numbers, but in meaning.
At this time of the Great Year, the current financial system ( IMF, World Bank, ECB, private banks , etc.) is a total fraud on the entire creation, since none of these entities have the authority in Creation to issue or support a financial system—they are, in turn, also students of the form. This system leads to the embezzlement of planetary resources, the enslavement of students of this form, inequality and injustice within the Planetary School. We are witnessing a herd effect in which the “financial” students support a mechanism that they cannot even explain.
The meaning of this school is Consciousness, and the new system we are creating must serve both the human form and the other forms that experience in this space. The current media is an extension of the carved faces that created it. All news channels and publications that have served lies, fear and division are abolished. The only institution that remains as a central source of information for the 200-year Dacian Rule period is the Television of the Human Tribe (formerly TVR), administered equally by the four Great Tribes of the Earth.
Journalism, as a profession of manipulation, ends. In its place, direct testimony is born: each student can upload their experience to a global application, and the deep analysis will belong to those who have achieved the clarity necessary to serve the Truth.

This Decree does not invent a new abolition, but confirms and unifies in a single framework all the decisions already announced, integrating them into the architecture of the Empire of the Sun .
