The Law of the Earth on the Day of the Great Year – Introduction
The Law of the Earth on the Day of the Great Year is the fundamental act through which the Tribe of Mankind reclaims its sovereignty over its sacred territory, on the Day of the Great Year.
The project proposes a radical reform of human existence, moving from the extractive model of the Night of the Great Year (based on speculative private property, rents, and pollution) to the Model of Spiritual Custodianship. The Earth is returned to the natives, being administered on three levels of vibrational meritocracy: the Sector (micro-medium), the Zone (medium), and the Region (macro).
This law establishes the framework through which every student of life receives free housing and vital resources, and communities organize their territory autonomously, through a vibrational meritocracy.
The social architecture guarantees to every student of life free housing and vital resources, transforming the "Salary" (as defined in the Decree of Planetary Financial Migration) from a survival tool into a resource for evolution. Over the course of 200 years, urban agglomerations are "thinned out" to reach the Golden Standard: 81% untouched nature, 15% biomimetic settlements, and 3% critical infrastructure. The system eliminates bureaucracy and foreign investors.
History of the Tribe of Mankind and its Regions
I, Adam – Archetype of the human form and Creator of the Tribe of Mankind, Grandfather of the great tribes – chose four sons who had completed the cycle of the 8 epochs of experience of the form and who wished to remain as Masters of this form, as parents of the great tribes of the Earth.
Thus, at the middle of the Day of the Great Year – that is, at the 12th Hour of the Day of the Great Year – the four parents of the great tribes of the Earth were rooted in Creation, sons born of the Sun (the Masculine Archetype) and of the Moon (the Feminine Archetype), the first four Masters of the human form, so that they might root in Creation the four faces of the Tribe of Mankind.
This rooting took place many cycles of the Great Year ago. At this time, however, our level of consciousness is low, so I cannot offer an exact date for the antiquity of the great tribes – yet intuitively, I believe it was over 2 million years ago. The reason for this rooting was the construction of the Relay of the Sun between the great tribes of the Earth, within the Great Year.
This Relay represented the first step towards the implementation of the planetary program of the human form, which today we have implemented in Creation, as follows:
Thus, within this planetary school, through this rooting of Creation over time, I have organized a model of evolution according to the stage of the Great Year in which we find ourselves. Thus, the four faces of the Tribe of Mankind appeared, and the organization of the human form began.
Each great tribe represents a stage of the Great Year:
🔸The Eastern Tribe – The Morning of the Great Year
🔸The Northern Tribe – The Day of the Great Year
🔸The Western Tribe – The Sunset of the Great Year
🔸The Southern Tribe – The Night of the Great Year
Organization of the Great Tribes or Faces of the Tribe of Mankind — Rotation of Governance between Tribes and Epochs
The Earth is divided into four great Tribes, corresponding to the four fundamental directions of consciousness:
| Tribe | Epochs Governed | Epochs | Notation | Duration |
| Northern Tribe | Satya Yuga | Epoch 1 + Epoch 8 | ien (1) + ad (8) | 2 x 4,800 years = 9,600 years |
| Western Tribe | Treta Yuga + Dvapara Yuga | Epoch 2 + Epoch 3 | ien | 3,600 + 2,400 = 6,000 years |
| Southern Tribe | Kali Yuga | Epoch 4 + Epoch 5 | ien (4) + ad (5) | 1,200 + 1,200 = 2,400 years |
| Eastern Tribe | Dvapara Yuga + Treta Yuga | Epoch 6 + Epoch 7 | ad | 2,400 + 3,600 = 6,000 years |
The rotation of governance follows a precise cosmic law, each tribe receiving the relay according to the epoch it governs:
🔸The Northern Tribe governs Satya Yuga – both in descent (Epoch 1) and in ascent (Epoch 8). It is the tribe that anchors the Light at the beginning and end of the cycle.
🔸The Western Tribe governs Treta Yuga and Dvapara Yuga in descent (Epochs 2 and 3). It is the tribe that receives the descent and transforms matter.
🔸The Southern Tribe governs Kali Yuga – both in descent (Epoch 4) and in ascent (Epoch 5). It is the tribe of the Night of the Great Year, preserving the lessons of darkness.
🔸The Eastern Tribe governs Dvapara Yuga and Treta Yuga in ascent (Epochs 6 and 7). It is the tribe that carries the Light of the sunrise and prepares the return to Satya Yuga.
After the rooting of the parents of the great tribes, also at the 12th Hour of the Day of the Great Year, their sons were rooted in Creation – those who were to become the parents of the regions. Each of them anchored a unique set of traits and was appointed to serve a specific meaning in Creation, so that each region might have its own vibration and purpose.
Later, the sons of the sons were also rooted – those who were to anchor the zones within the regions. They brought diversity and local specificity, fragmenting the light into a wealth of local expressions, yet all connected to their common root.
Finally, the sons of the sons of the sons were rooted – those who anchor the sectors, the smallest and closest-to-human level of organization. They are the guardians of proximity, those who watch over the communities and ensure that every student of life has a place and a meaning within Creation.
These are the 144,000 Masters of Creation – the founding fathers of this planetary school. From them descend today all the over 8 billion students of the human form within this planetary school of consciousness.
Subsequently, after the rooting of the parents of the great tribes, the sons of the parents were rooted in Creation – also at the 12th Hour of the Day of the Great Year – who descend from the parents of the great tribes and who chose to serve as Masters within this human form, after the completion of the evolutionary cycle of the form of 8 epochs.
Each great tribe has 36,000 Masters, who represent the existing nations within this planetary school and who, on the Day of the Great Year, embody and guide the organizational model of the human form.
Returning the Earth to the Natives
Each region of the four cardinal points (East, North, West, South) returns to the direct administration of those who belong to that primordial frequency. The concept of "foreign investor" or "multinational property" is definitively abolished. The Earth belongs to those who sanctify it through presence and regional belonging.
On the Day of the Great Year, there are no longer foreign investors, multinational properties, or colonies. The lands return to the administration of the regions, which will be divided, from an administrative perspective, into multiple zones, and each zone will be divided into sectors.
Example: Dacia
The Dacia Region of the Northern Tribe – known today as Romania – is divided into Zones, each with unique characteristics: Muntenia, Transylvania, Bucovina, Crișana, Oltenia, Dobrogea, Maramures, Banat and Moldavia. Each Zone has, in turn, several
Thus, each Sector has a Parent-Master who serves Creation on the Day of the Great Year, being the son of the Parent of the Zone. Each Zone also has a Parent – who is the son of the Parent of the Dacia Region.
Each Zone represents the domain of a Son of the Father of this Region, implemented in Creation, and this combination of Zones makes up the Nation, which is directly represented by the Father of the Region.
The Dacian Nation thus has a Leader born to serve Creation through time, on the Day of the Great Year, following an automatic cycle of incarnation. However, this unification of the Dacian nation and its meaning are not from the Night of the Great Year, but are much older – probably from 24,000 years ago.
1. The Sector — Of the Tribe of Mankind through the Empire of the Sun — Local Administration (micro-medium)
🔸Responsibility: Directly administers the resources of proximity, individual housing, and the immediate needs of the students within a specific area.
🔸Mandate: Ensures that every student "of the place" has access to the free allocation of housing and vital resources.
🔸Failure: If the spiritual group of the sector fails to protect life forms or in the correct administration of the sector, the penalty is Exile. They become nomads, losing the right to have roots in that sector.
2. The Zone — Of the Tribe of Mankind through the Empire of the Sun — Administration of the Sector (medium)
🔸Responsibility: Coordinates the flows between multiple Sectors. If a Sector has a surplus of energy resources and another has a need, the Zone achieves the balance.
🔸Mandate: Supervises that no Sector deviates from the laws of the Empire of the Sun and maintains transport and communication infrastructure at the zone level.
🔸Failure: If the spiritual group of the zone fails to protect life forms or in the correct administration of the zone, the penalty is Exile. They become nomads, losing the right to have roots in that zone.
3. The Region — Of the Tribe of Mankind through the Empire of the Sun — Administration of the Zones (macro), representing the Nation
🔸Responsibility: Represents the supreme authority at the level of nation and primordial frequency. Administers the long-term vision, major environmental projects, and alignment with the rest of the Empire.
🔸Mandate: The Region ensures that all zones under its authority respect the principles of balance and the spiritual identity of the nation, monitors, authorizes, and maintains the balance of the Zones.
🔸Failure: If the spiritual group of the region fails to protect life forms or in the correct administration of the zones, the penalty is Exile. They become nomads, losing the right to have roots in this region.
Example:
To more easily understand how this hierarchy functions and what the consequences of failure are, let us take a concrete example:
If one of the sectors of Muntenia does not play its meaning and does not respect the Law of the Earth – failing to protect life forms or in the correct administration of the sector – the Parent of the Zone will have the mission to appoint another Parent in place of the one who failed.
In the event that the failure repeats and a precedent is created, all members of the sector lose their right of existence within that sector and will be obliged to play their meaning in Creation alongside the Nomads, until they grow and become responsible.
During this period, the sector will be repopulated with members from other sectors of the Zone or even from other Regions, following consultation with the Council of the Tribe of Mankind.
The same fate applies in the event that a Zone fails – and if a Region fails, the consequence is the same for the entire nation.
Industry of the Great Tribes
To stop the massive pollution generated in the previous epoch by thousands of industries scattered across Creation – which produced only planetary disasters – the production structure of the world is completely reorganized. Each face of the Tribe of Mankind (East, North, West, South) will create a single major recycling and processing center, located within the only industrial zone permitted for each Great Tribe.
Technologization does not mean replacing the human being, but optimizing the disruption created at this hour of the Great Year by the existing creations, built by the students and Masters of this form in the Night of the Great Year – where they did not think about the impact of their constructions except from a perspective of division, fear, egoism, and indifference, without considering the effect that many of these constructions produce upon the entire planetary Creation and its life forms.
Thus, through what I understand as technologization, each tribe will build – instead of 1,000 factories scattered around the world to create televisions, cars, trucks, tractors, tools, smelters, helicopters, airplanes, technology, clothes, and everything that technology implies – a single modular construction vision at the technological level. It is less costly and with much less disruption at the level of footprint in Creation, both energetically and in terms of environmental impact.
Instead of making 1,000 systems for cleaning and reusing water (in the case of textiles, for example), you make, within this technological vision of the Great Tribe, a single system available for the entire technological industry – a singular, modular vision, that gathers all possible technological constructions, without risking polluting the waters, having total control at the tribe level over the effects and environmental dilemmas. A single technological center means lower costs, minimal traffic, minimal pollution, and much smaller planetary effects.
If you create all the technology of a Great Tribe in a single place – all the components necessary for all the industries of the tribe, in a single place – all the costs at the level of Creation, regarding resources, losses, recycling, supply, design, and technological direction, become clear and manageable. This is the organizational meaning for the next 193 years, given that we have the necessity to minimize the existing industrial footprint in Creation, in order to transform this Hell into Heaven in this interval of time, until the next minor transition period.
Around this vision of a technological center, a zone can be created – for example, in the desert – and developed as existing creations migrate. The center will be surrounded by its own city, where students who wish to serve this meaning in Creation will live, gaining extra ENVS credits – in addition to the Salary – for their service to the Tribe of which they are a part, as well as for the service brought to the entire Tribe of Mankind.
Thus, each Great Tribe will hold a single industrialized assembly zone – a "factory of factories," automated with AI – that will produce everything that is technological "from start to finish," minimizing the costs of this planetary school and the effects of pollution. This strategy is meant to prevent the multiplication of difficult lessons that we are obliged to solve today in Creation.
The goal is clear: reorienting the entire "collective" of the human form towards the opposite direction of destruction, restoring the balance necessary for evolution within this planetary school.
Resizing the Capitals of the Night
The great capitals created in the Night of the Great Year (chaotic urban agglomerations) will enter a process of resizing and rehabilitation over the course of 193 years:
🔸As students withdraw towards their sectors and zones of origin, these gigantic structures will be "thinned out."
🔸The liberated spaces will be demolished or transformed to fit within the 15% urban development quota, with the rest being returned to nature.
The Golden Standard of Spatial Organization
Any sectorial rehabilitation project must strictly respect the balance algorithm:
🔸3% Communication Routes: Roads for technical vehicles, high-speed rail networks, and paths intended for draft animals (respecting the natural rhythm).
🔸15% Conscious Urban Development: The space allocated to human existence, densified and made efficient to minimize the footprint on the soil.
🔸81% Sanctuary of Nature: Untouched space, dedicated exclusively to the evolution of other life forms. This is the "Garden of Heaven" in which the human being enters as a guest and guardian, not as an owner.
Through this process, in 193 years, the face of the planet will change radically. Slums disappear, dormitory neighborhoods disappear, and the pollution generated by the absurd commuting between sectors and zones disappears.
The student of life will find their peace again in the unique architecture of their sector, surrounded by nature which again occupies the majority of the planet.
Decree of Sectorial Rehabilitation: Autonomy of Roots
In the Tribe of Mankind through the Empire of the Sun (Day of the Great Year), the earth and housing are not universal commodities, but rights of nation and frequency. Each Sector has the sacred duty to house exclusively its own members.
No sector has permission to allocate housing to students who do not belong to that sector by origin and frequency. Students who are not "of the place" can only be accepted under certain conditions – when their service is in the service of the Tribe of Mankind.
With our collective awakening in consciousness, each Sector will conduct an audit of its members, which it will forward to the Zone, and the Zone will forward it to the Region. The Region will have to decide the relocation of those who do not belong to the nation, towards the Sector, Zone, or Region where they are meant to play their meaning in Creation.
As a result of this Night of the Great Year, we have a planetary mess in which all identities from the Day of the Great Year have been lost. This has produced the migration of parents, sectors, zones, and regions to completely different lands – even to other Great Tribes.
To bring balance within Creation, we need to rearrange the entire Creation.
Each sector carries out its own audit and its own "collectivization" of housing space. Students in transit or artificially established in foreign zones during the Night of the Great Year will be guided to withdraw to their zones of origin, where they have the legitimate right to request housing and resources.
Inventory of Forms of Housing and Production (Heritage Management)
Each Sector will divide and inventory its available structures, classifying them to respond to the varied needs of its students:
🔸 Individual and Family Dwellings: Studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, houses, villas, mansions, and estates.
🔸 Utility and Exchange Spaces: Shops, commercial spaces, distribution centers, craft workshops.
🔸 Technical Infrastructure: Supply points (former gas stations transformed into energy hubs), maintenance centers, underground communication nodes.
🔸 Industrial and Production: All industries of a Sector, created in the Night of the Great Year, will be inventoried, evaluated, and, as the case may be, migrated to the industrial zone of the Great Tribe or dissolved, depending on their impact on planetary balance in the next 193 years.
The moment the sector allocates housing for free, the student ceases to be a tenant of their own life. They become a custodian. There is no longer the risk that someone "has nowhere to stay" because the Salary did not cover it or because they mismanaged resources. Their place in Creation is guaranteed by simple belonging to the sector of which they are a part.
The Salary – Resource of Evolution
The Salary (as defined in the Decree of Planetary Financial Migration) gains much greater value on the Day of the Great Year. It is no longer "eaten up" by fixed expenses – rent, taxes, installments – because housing is provided for free by the Sector, and basic resources are guaranteed by the Tribe. Thus, the Salary becomes a pure resource, which the student can use for:
🔸 Quality food and local products;
🔸 Tools for personal creation – from craft workshops to invention laboratories;
🔸 Personal projects and inventions that serve the community or the whole;
🔸 Hobbies and creative activities – music, painting, sculpture, writing, dance;
🔸 Travels between the 4 Great Tribes, to learn and exchange experiences;
🔸 Evolution and exchanges of experience – courses, workshops, spiritual pilgrimages;
🔸 Participation in collective projects that support the Tribe or the entire Creation.
Administrative Simplicity: The Law of Maintenance and Vibrational Correspondence
On the Day of the Great Year, the relationship between the Student and the Shelter is one of mutual respect. The Administration eliminates financial bureaucracy (rents, taxes), but introduces the Standard of Quality of Living Space.
Individual Responsibility over Property
🔸Self-Maintenance: The student has the duty to maintain their received housing themselves. This includes cleaning, minor repairs, and preserving the aesthetic integrity of the building.
🔸Correspondence with the Specifics of the Sector: Each property must reflect the architectural and spiritual concept of the Zone/Sector/Region. The student cannot alter the form in a way that clashes with the surrounding landscape.
Sanction of Degradation: From Villa to "Shack"
The system of balance is one of mirroring.
🔸 Confiscation of the Right to Comfort: If a student neglects the property, leaves it in disrepair, or destroys its aesthetics, they lose the right to the housing. The property is withdrawn by the Administration of the Sector.
🔸 Corrective Reallocation: In place of the high-level housing, the student may be reallocated a "shack" – a minimal structure, at the limit of subsistence, in an isolated area, in the wilderness.
🔸 Lesson of Solitude: Without the technological comfort of the 15% urban zone, the student must learn to survive in the 81% of raw nature. They are obliged to rebuild their connection with the earth through their own effort. During this period, their main task will be counting dragonflies as an example – an activity that requires patience, attention, and observation, qualities that the student has lost.
🔸 Return to Community: Only after they demonstrate that they can respect the form (the shack) and that they have understood the lesson of humility and reconnection with nature, can they request return to the community.
It is a practical lesson of consciousness: you receive what you are capable of honoring.
Collective Role of the Region (Engineering of Form)
While the student takes care of their "micro-universe" (the house), the Zone takes on the heavy tasks, on a large scale:
🔸Technical Maintenance of Systems: The background engineering (solar/magnetic energy networks, water circulation, underground communications) is a collective task. The Region ensures that vital flows function without interruption for all members.
🔸Invisible Architecture: The Region monitors the thermal balance and the protection of natural corridors, leaving the student free to focus on their only real task: the growth of their own consciousness.
Right of Residence and Status of the Visitor in the Empire of the Sun
On the Day of the Great Year, hospitality is a duty, but governance is a mandate of the nation. The Administration of the Zone manages the human flow according to the following principles:
Adoptive Members (Non-Native Students)
A student who wishes to live in a different Zone than their origin can request membership in the respective region/zone.
🔸Right of Residence: The Zone can allocate them living space in one of its sectors, receiving them into the community after the agreement of the sector council.
🔸Limitation of Authority: These adoptive members do not have the right to govern or lead the organization of the Sector. They cannot decide the fate of the land that does not belong to them by root.
🔸Role of Advisor: Their experience is, however, valued. They can act as advisors, bringing new perspectives and expertise, without having final decision-making power in the governing council of the Sector or the Zone.
🔸 No Import of Labor: Any form of economic migration is eliminated. If a Sector needs a competence it does not have, it will ask for help at the Zone or Region level, in the form of educational exchange, not through the "hiring" of other members from other Regions.
Standard of Hospitality (Solar Tourism)
For students visiting or on pilgrimage between the 4 Great Tribes or faces of the Tribe of Mankind, each Sector has the obligation to ensure reception infrastructure:
🔸 Hotels and Visitor Residences: These will be administered exclusively by members of the Sector, at the highest standards of comfort and technology.
🔸 Visitor Experience: The tourist is not a "client," but a visiting brother who must feel the vibration and specificity of the respective region in the best possible conditions.
🔸 Reciprocity of Hospitality: As you received your brothers, so will you be received by your brothers when you travel to another Region of the Empire of the Tribe of Mankind.
🔸 Resolution of Complaints: In the case of complaints related to hospitality, these will be addressed to the Region, which will investigate and resolve the complaint.
Management of Social and Commercial Spaces
Each Sector becomes a complete and autonomous ecosystem in the organization of social life. The local administration ("of the place") designs and maintains:
🔸 Commercial and Exchange Spaces: Centers where "Solar Commerce" is manifested and where resources are distributed equitably.
🔸 Sports and Recovery Centers: Spaces intended for the health of the human form, integrated into the 15% of urban development.
🔸 Social Hubs: Meeting places for students, where the lessons of the epoch and the evolution of consciousness are discussed.
🔸 Restaurants, Bars, and Cafés: Socialization and dining spaces, administered by members of the Sector who wish to carry out these activities within Creation and serve Creation. Food is prepared from local resources and served in an environment that honors conviviality and the exchange of ideas. These are not private businesses, but places of community service, where prices are uniform throughout the planetary school, and quality is guaranteed by the Sector's standards.
Law of Service and Local Meritocracy
In the Empire of the Sun, the concept of "employment" (specific to the slavery of the Night) is replaced by that of Service for the Benefit of the Sector, the Great Tribe, and the Tribe of Mankind. The administration of the sector has the duty to ensure the creative flow of its own members, respecting the following directives:
Absolute Priority of the Members of the Zone
Each Zone has priority in the use of the resources and services of its own members, before resorting to outsiders.
🔸 Prohibition of Exclusion: The Sector is not allowed to use external services or to "hire" (as a form of permanent collaboration) members who do not belong to the respective Zone or Region, as long as there are members of the Zone capable of providing that service.
🔸 Valuing Local Talent: The Administration of the Zone ensures that each member of the Zone has the opportunity and the necessary space to serve the community through their talents, services, and creative "madness." Through periodic audits of competencies, each member is invited to offer their contribution, so that no one remains "without a role" in their own home.
Service as Honor, not as Slavery
🔸 Integration of Competencies: Every student of life in the Sector is audited through the Application of the Tribe of Mankind – of service to the whole – to find their correct place in the regional mechanism: from architects and engineers of underground systems, to camp guides for children or hotel administrators for visitors.
🔸 Salary and Recognition: The service provided to the Sector, Zone, or Region is not a condition for survival (since the Salary and Housing are guaranteed), but is the means by which the student honors their belonging and refines their consciousness.
Responsibility of the Sector towards the Student
🔸 The Sector has the duty to educate and retrain its members, so that they can manage technologies and local resources on their own.
🔸 Balance: If a Sector fails to mobilize its members and becomes dependent on help from other Sectors or Regions for functioning, this is considered an Administrative Alert. In the first phase, the Region sends a support and counseling team to retrain the members of the Sector and restore autonomy. If the failure persists and the Sector refuses to align, then, as a last resort, the risk of Exile can be triggered for the respective spiritual group – but this is an extreme solution, applied only after exhausting all other paths of correction.
Audit and Readaptation of Housing
Every home will be revised. We no longer build "matchboxes" for profit, but spaces that respect the dignity of the human form.
🔸 Architectural Vision: The Region establishes the general architectural framework and the principles of harmony with nature and with the spiritual specificity of the region. Based on this framework, the Zone defines its own local adaptations, and the Sector decides the final architectural details, ensuring that each home reflects the visual and functional identity of the zone and region of which it is a part.
🔸 Closing Dependencies: The homes will be technically readapted to be autonomous (energy, water, resources). The goal is the elimination of the "leash" through which the current system (arrived from Hell to Heaven) controls students through bills and debts, as well as preventing future lessons created by current technological lessons.
Property as Service, not as Commodity
On the Day of the Great Year, housing is a right acquired through birth and participation in the life of the Tribe of Mankind.
🔸 You can inherit, but you cannot accumulate.
🔸 You can have only one permanent home.
🔸 Housing is a space for evolution, not a financial asset.
🔸 Whoever leaves the Sector, Zone, or Region leaves the place clean for the next student, receiving in turn a place in the new destination.
🔸 You cannot have permanent housing in another Great Tribe, but you can stay at a hotel.
🔸 Exception: In the event that a student performs a service in the service of the Tribe of Mankind, they may be granted temporary housing for the duration of their activity, in the Region or Sector of another Great Tribe where they are carrying out their service.
Status of the Small Tribe of the Nomads: Transporters of the Spirit and of Exchange
In the Empire of the Sun, those without fixed roots are not outcasts, but are Pilgrims in the Service of Creation. This tribe, formed of members of the four great tribes who do not own land, has a double mission: logistical and spiritual.
Spiritual Mission: Collectors of Souls
The Tribe of Nomads has the sacred task of receiving and managing the students who have been excluded from their regions (through Exile). They are the "safety net" of Creation:
🔸The Nomads integrate the exiled ones, offering them a second chance at evolution through service and movement.
🔸This structure prevents the emergence of areas of criminality or despair, transforming residential failure into a lesson of humility and travel.
Logistical Mission: Arteries of Solar Commerce
Since the regions are occupied with their own self-sustainability and protection of nature, the Tribe of Nomads ensures the global flow:
🔸Non-Food Transport: They are responsible for the circulation of tools, technology, construction materials, and objects of exchange between the regions of the Empire of the Tribe of Mankind.
🔸Itinerant Trade: They ensure the dynamics of exchange markets at the junction points between regions, facilitating synergy without disrupting the local stability of the guardians of the earth.
Infrastructure of Migration: The Danube Road
To ensure a harmonious journey, the Ministry of Transport of the Empire of the Sun creates the Protected Transit Corridors:
🔸European Route: The main route follows the course of the Danube, transforming the river into a highway of life and exchange.
🔸Nomadic Stopovers: Specially arranged zones in each region (within the 3% intended for infrastructure), where Nomads can settle temporarily. These stopovers offer technical, medical, and energy resources, being hubs of interaction between locals ("those of the place") and travelers.
Production as an Extension of Consciousness
In the new paradigm, high technology (computers, lasers, transport vessels) is not the fruit of exploitation, but the result of collaboration between the Regions of the Empire of Mankind.
The Sole Contractor: The Tribe of Mankind through the Empire of the Sun (the Day of the Great Year, where we have this Empire of Mankind in Creation).
🔸 All technological production units function under the direct mandate of each Great Tribe, within the single Industrial Zone permitted for that Tribe.
🔸 No Competition: There are no two entities fighting over resources. There is a single standard of excellence, optimized to last (minimum 100 years).
🔸 Command based on Need: The Great Tribe, through its Ministries (especially the Ministry of Technology and Re-adaptation), will know exactly how many tools are needed in each Region, Zone, or Sector and will issue production orders according to reality, not speculation.
Location of Production (Within the 15%)
🔸 Production is not moved to "poor countries," but is centralized in the Industrial Zone of the Great Tribe, where all the necessary components for all the industries of the Great Tribe are produced in a single place.
🔸 Each Region (e.g., Dacia) collaborates at the Tribe level for complex technologies, using "local" specialists within this centralized vision.
🔸 These production centers are not polluting factories, but crystalline laboratories and high-precision workshops, completely automated and integrated into the landscape of the industrial zone.
🔸 No Speculative Property: Complex tools (e.g., construction equipment, agricultural machinery, means of transport) enter the ownership of the Great Tribe that built them and become assets of that Great Tribe. Normally, the Great Tribe will distribute them to regions, zones, or sectors, so that they can rent them to students who need them. Thus, tools cannot be purchased as personal goods, but only used for the necessary period. If you no longer use a complex tool, it returns to the management system of the Zone or the Great Tribe to be reallocated to another student who needs it.
Transition Strategy: The Great Resizing (193 years)
I mention that the 193 years represent the interval of time until the next minor transition period and is calculated from the perspective of the Year of Our Lord 1207 (2026), in which we are today, July 31, 2026, when this project was revised.
The transformation of the hyper-concretized sectors (such as today's Bucharest-Ilfov, with an inverted ratio of 80% concrete / 15% green) will be done through an Audit of Consciousness and Sectorial Decision of the Council of the Sector.
Authority of Decision: Autonomy of the Members of the Sector
Neither the Empire of the Tribe of Mankind nor the Region can decide which 10-story block falls first.
🔸 The members of the Sector (those of the place) are the only ones who vote and plan the rehabilitation project of their sector, through the voting interface of the Tribe of Mankind for their sector. They decide the order in which the "Concrete of the Night" is razed to make way for the 81% of nature.
🔸 This forces the inhabitants to collaborate and assume responsibility for the future of their landscape in the Garden of Heaven.
Reallocation Criteria: Vibrational Meritocracy
In this process of "thinning" the city, the new homes (biomimetic, autonomous, integrated) are limited in the first phase:
🔸 Priority for Rehabilitation: Those with the highest level of consciousness (confirmed by AI audit and involvement in zone service) receive the first homes of the new era.
🔸 "Night" Tenants: Those who wake up more slowly or remain anchored in old habits remain in the old concrete blocks until their zone is scheduled for demolition. They live in the "past" until they are ready for the "future."
🔸 New homes, at high standards, will be built for all members of the Sector over the course of this epoch.
Reducing the Footprint: From 80% to 15%
The demolition process is one of surgical extraction:
🔸 As students withdraw towards their sectors and zones of origin (according to the Decree of Return), the blocks that remain empty are immediately dismantled, and the materials are integrally recycled – each component is reused in the construction of new homes or infrastructure, without generating waste.
🔸 The liberated surface is "healed" (Hospitals of the Planet) and returned to forests or watercourses, until the zone reaches the divine ratio of 81% nature in the next 193 years.
Protocol of Inheritance and Mobility within the Region
On the Day of the Great Year, the continuity of the nation is respected, however the accumulation of "dead space" is forbidden. Property follows the function and presence of the student.
Rule "One House, One Presence"
Every student of life has the right to a single home within the Empire.
In the case of an inheritance (e.g., the parents' villa in Sector A), the student who already lives in Sector B has the right to choose:
🔸 Option A: Keeps their current home (Sector B) and renounces the inheritance in favor of the housing fund of Sector A.
🔸 Option B: Moves into the inherited property (Sector A). In this case, they have the sacred obligation to hand over to Sector B their previous home, clean and functional, so that it can be reallocated to another student.
Mobility within the Region
Since the student is already a member of the Region (e.g., Dacia), moving between Zones (from Muntenia to Transylvania, for example) is simplified:
🔸 The student does not need "approval" to move, only a relocation notification sent to the destination Zone and the Zone they are moving from, for the handover of the home.
🔸 The condition remains the same: handing over the old location. No one leaves "empty houses" behind.
Management of Generations (The 3 Children)
In Hell, parents had to "save up houses" for their children. In the Empire of Mankind:
🔸Each child, upon reaching maturity, receives their own home from the management fund of the Sector in which they choose to serve.
🔸The parental home is not "divided" by force. If none of the heirs choose to actually live in it, the property returns to the administration of the Sector to serve other students of the nation.
The right of the Student who acquired or owned a property during the previous cycle (the Night of the Great Year) to maintain and continue their experience in the same location is recognized. This property is not subject to forced redistribution, representing the Student's temporal anchor in the transition towards Light.
In this case, the right of use and ownership is extended by right on the Day of the Great Year, considering that the Student has already assumed responsibility over that fragment of matter, integrating it into their evolutionary path. The experience of the home remains an uninterrupted space of manifestation, however subject to the new principles of Unification and the Law of the Earth.
Handover Audit
At any change of housing, the student who leaves is audited by the Administration of the Sector. If they hand over the home in a degraded state, this will affect their consciousness score in the new Sector, possibly even receiving a lower-level home (down to a "shack") – a practical lesson of responsibility towards form.
This law ensures that the 15% cities remain airy and alive. We will not have "phantom" houses and we will not have students without shelter. Inheritance becomes a transfer of sentimental and aesthetic value, not one of capital.
Members of the Sector can offer their homes in exchange between them, and any exchange will be authorized by the Administration of the Sector. For example, a student with a villa can exchange with a student with an apartment, and the student who receives the villa can compensate the one who gives it up for the difference in value.
Protocol of Housing Exchange and Difference in Value
In the Empire of the Sun, although the right to shelter is guaranteed, the comfort and form of living can be the subject of voluntary exchanges between members of the same sector or zone.
Freedom of Bilateral Exchange
Members of the sector have the right to exchange homes among themselves, according to their continuously changing needs (e.g., a student who wants more peace can offer their central apartment for a villa at the edge of the 15% urban zone).
🔸A student who owns an apartment can exchange with a student who owns a villa, if both agree to the terms of the transaction.
Payment of the Difference
Since a villa implies a higher maintenance cost and a larger footprint in the landscape than an apartment, the system allows the payment of a difference:
🔸The student who moves to a superior form of living (villa) can pay the one who is giving up the villa using resources from their personal Salary.
🔸This payment is not a "sale" in the old sense, but a compensation for the aesthetic value, the maintenance effort previously made, and the difference in the volume of the form.
Regional Authorization (Anti-Speculation Filter)
Any exchange of homes between students must be authorized by the Administration of the Sector.
🔸Purpose of the Sectorial Audit: The Sector ensures that the property is in the same condition as it was taken over and that the exchange is fair, and that no student is forced or manipulated.
🔸Capacity Verification: The Sector verifies whether the student who is taking over the villa has a "consciousness score" and a service record that guarantees they can maintain that superior form. You cannot receive a villa through exchange if the audit shows that you are not capable of taking care of even a studio (preventing degradation).
Protocol of Arbitration of Shared Resources
On the Day of the Great Year, the vital elements that cross multiple jurisdictions (rivers, aquifers, air corridors, energy networks) are monitored to maintain the balance of the 81% of sacred nature of the region.
Authority of Mediation: The Region
When a Zone (e.g., Transylvania) is suspected of polluting, diverting, or abusively exploiting a resource that affects a neighboring Zone, the Administration of the Zone (e.g., Muntenia) intervenes as an arbitration authority.
Procedure of Investigation
🔸Expert Team: The Region immediately dispatches a team of experts (students specialized in environmental engineering and vibrational audit) to assess the damage on site.
🔸Notification of the Polluter: If the expertise confirms the abuse, the Region issues an official notification to the Administration of the guilty Zone, requesting immediate remediation and restoration of the natural flow.
Supreme Sanction
🔸Obligatory Restoration: The guilty Zone must use its own resources and workforce to clean and repair the affected ecosystem. In the event that the Zone cannot solve the dilemma, the Region's team can intervene upon request.
🔸Administrative Exile: If the Administration of the Zone refuses to comply with the Region's decision or recidivates, the entire spiritual group that governs that Zone can be subjected to Exile. They lose the right of administration and become part of the Tribe of Nomads, their place being taken by a new council of members of the place, audited for integrity.
Protocol of Transmutation of Matter: The Recycling Centers of the Zone
In the resizing process of 193 years, the Zone has the duty to "swallow" the remains of the old civilization of the Night and return them in the form of pure resources. This is Total Recycling, the only way to clean the 81% of natural sanctuary.
Nodes of Technical Alchemy
Each Zone administers specialized centers, visually integrated into the landscape, capable of processing any type of matter:
🔸Construction Materials: Concrete, brick, and glass are ground and reprocessed to create aggregates intended for underground infrastructure (the 3% communications and transport) or for the foundations of new homes.
🔸Metals and Technology: Iron, copper, and electronic components are broken down at the molecular level to be reused in the "Zones of Technical Architecture" for the creation of new tools.
🔸Hydrocarbons and Polymers: Household oil, motor oil, plastics, and rubber are chemically transmuted into clean energy or into high-performance insulation materials.
Logistics of Urban "Thinning"
As a concrete block in old Bucharest is demolished by the decision of the members of the Sector:
🔸Extraction Teams: The members of the sector, under the supervision of the Zone, dismantle the structure.
🔸Nomadic Transport: The Transporters take over the resulting materials and transport them to the Recycling Centers of the Sector or the Zone, in the event that the sector does not have a reprocessing center.
🔸Return to Nature: The liberated land does not remain a garbage dump, but immediately enters the "Healing of the Earth" program, being reforested according to the 81% plan.
Closed Circuit of Resources
The Sector ensures that no resource extracted from the old cities leaves the circuit of utility.
🔸Zero Waste: In the Tribe of Mankind through the Empire of the Sun (the Day of the Great Year), the concept of "garbage dump" is abolished. Any object that no longer serves the evolution of a student is returned to the Recycling Center to be transformed into a new form of service.
Protocol of Solidarity and Rehabilitation in case of Cataclysm
In the Tribe of Mankind through the Empire of the Sun (the Day of the Great Year), natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, extreme phenomena) are treated as collective lessons of adaptation, not as administrative failures. No member of an affected Zone will be punished with Exile for the unstoppable force of nature.
Chain of Reporting and Mobilization
Immediately after the occurrence of a disaster, the hierarchy of support is activated:
🔸The Sector: Assesses the human and material damages and transmits the report to the Zone.
🔸The Zone: Centralizes the emergency needs and notifies the Region.
🔸The Region: Alerts the Tribe of Mankind, which notifies the Ministry of Emergencies.
Intervention of the Tribe of Mankind: Reconstruction Credits
The Bank of the Tribe of Mankind acts as the supreme guarantor of life:
🔸Resource Allocation: The Tribe of Mankind ensures the "credits" (allocations of materials, energy, and supplementary Salary) necessary for the total reconstruction of the Sector or Zone, without it being burdened later.
🔸Multi-Plan Evaluation Team: The Ministry of Emergencies sends a team of experts that evaluates not only the physical damages, but also the spiritual and psychological ones of the members, drawing up an Integral Rehabilitation Plan.
Hosting and Zonal Solidarity
Until the completion of the Rehabilitation Plan (reconstruction of the homes):
🔸Hospitality of Brothers: The affected members are temporarily relocated to the Visitor Hotels and to the reception spaces of the neighboring Sectors within the same Zone.
🔸No Costs: This hosting is considered a service of honor of the host Sectors, being settled through the central system of the Region.
Rehabilitation and Consolidation Plan
Reconstruction is not done randomly, but according to a clear plan:
🔸The Sector is rebuilt to be more resilient (technological adaptation), learning from how nature manifested.
🔸The balancing of all consequences is ensured, so that the flow of life in that Sector returns to the golden parameters (15%/81%) in the shortest possible time.
Regime of Spaces of Creation and Services (Commercial Spaces)
1. Status of Property and Allocation: All commercial spaces return to the property of the Whole (the Tribe of Mankind), being administered by the regions of the Empire of the Sun. They are no longer the object of real estate speculation, but become points of manifestation of utility. Their allocation to Entrepreneurial Students is made on a basis of gratuity, conditioned exclusively by the necessity of the service in the respective sector.
2. Contribution to the Community Fund: Instead of rent, the Student who manages the space will contribute a percentage of the result of their work (products or services) to the supply fund of the Sector. This contribution ensures the vital circuit of resources and supports the continuous maintenance and re-technologization of the space by the governance structures of the Zone.
3. Logistic Support and Human Resource: The Tribe of Mankind recognizes that the act of creation and service can exceed the capacity of a single individual. Thus, in the event that the Entrepreneurial Student requires support for carrying out their activity, the Sector or Zone has the obligation to allocate the necessary labor help.
🔸The help will be selected from within the community, thus ensuring the integration of all members into the productive and evolutionary flow.
🔸This support transforms the individual activity into a unified work cell, where the final goal is the common good and the efficiency of the Region.
4. Management Responsibility: The Student has the right of use as long as their function is active. The cessation of the service or the decrease of its quality below the utility threshold leads to the immediate retrocession of the space and its associated technology to the Sector, to be reallocated to another Student capable of continuing the service experience.
Evolution from Legal Entity (Company) to Unified Service
1. Migration of the Concept of Company: On the Day of the Great Year, the notion of "company" or "corporation" (specific to the Night and separation) is replaced by the concept of Service of the Sector. The Student no longer owns a business, but manages a flow of utility. All resources, logistics, and technology used pass from private property into the administration of the corresponding governance structure of the area of action.
2. Hierarchy of Organization and Support (Functional Subordination):
Depending on the scope and impact of the service provided, the Student (or group of students) will receive organizational and logistical support as follows:
🔸Local Service (Sector): If the activity serves a local community, the Sector is the one that provides the space, re-technologization, and necessary labor help.
🔸Regional Service (Tribal - East, North, West, South): If the service extends to the level of an entire Great Tribe, the organization and logistics pass under the authority of the Administration of the Great Tribe. It will ensure the coordination between zones so that the service is efficiently distributed throughout the territory of the tribe.
🔸Planetary Service (Unified): If the service serves the whole (all 4 tribes), it enters under the direct jurisdiction of the corresponding Ministry within the Government of the Empire of the Sun (according to the list of Ministries of the Tribe of Mankind). The Ministry will take on the task of ensuring the uninterrupted continuity of the service on a global scale, eliminating bureaucratic or territorial barriers.
3. Guarantee of Continuity: The transition from company to Service must not interrupt the flow of creation. Regardless of the level (Sector, Great Tribe, or Ministry), the governance structure has the obligation to provide the "workforce" and technical resources so that the Student can focus exclusively on the quality and evolution of the Service provided.
4. Recognition of Merits in the System: The status of "Unified Service Provider" offers the Student access to the subsistence and evolution resources of the Empire of Mankind (the Tribe of Mankind), being freed from the worry of accounting, old-style taxes, or speculative marketing, their activity being organically integrated into the Government Plan.
Note on Transition and Continuity of Service
1. Conservation of Value and Productive Flow: The transition to the Day of the Great Year does not mean stopping the engines of creation or losing the results of work up to now. All producers and service providers will continue their activity without interruption. This law does not come to dispossess, but to free the creator from the unnecessary burdens of the old system (bureaucracy, speculation, financial insecurity).
2. Closing the Lessons of the Night: This reorganization is meant to definitively close the "lessons of the night" – those experiences based on survival, unfair competition, and parasitic accumulation. By passing from "company" to "unified service," we extract the creative essence of each student and re-place it in a context where the meaning of creation is returned to the Human Being and the Whole.
3. Guarantee of Property of Experience: The Student does not lose their "property" in the sense of a space of manifestation, but is guaranteed the right to continue their experience in a much more stable framework. The organizational transition is, in fact, a process of planetary "upgrade":
🔸Your service remains yours as a manifestation, but receives the total support of the Sector, Zone, Region, Great Tribe, or Ministry of the Tribe of Mankind.
🔸Your home remains your space of evolution, but it is cleaned of the tasks and tensions of the old system.
4. Evolution of Concepts: We go together through this process to restore the meaning of existence. It is not a cold administrative reform, but a re-placement of the Human Being at the center of Creation, where every productive gesture becomes a brick in the construction of the Empire of the Tribe of Mankind. Any service provided today in the form of a business will naturally migrate towards its superior form of Giving to the Community, being logistically supported so as not to know decline.
Chapter: Planetary Audit and Territorial Reorganization
1. Mission of the Great Tribes (East, South, North, West): Each of the four Great Tribes will initiate, through its component regions, a rigorous audit of the "inheritance" left by the Night of the Great Year. This process is not only accounting-based, but one of regeneration, aiming at:
🔸Audit of Creation and Needs: Identifying talents, active services, and real shortages of the population.
🔸Territorial Recovery: Identifying lands destroyed by industrial exploitation and uninhabitable zones (polluted, radioactive, or degraded) to be introduced into processes of neutralization and restoration.
🔸Habitable Potential: Mapping of Sectors and Zones optimal for life, so that a balanced planetary arrangement can be achieved. The aim is the elimination of suffocating urban agglomerations (the current large metropolises) and the redistribution of the population into sectors and zones that allow a real connection with the Earth.
2. Obligation of Contribution and Flow of Resources: In the Tribe of Mankind through the Empire of the Sun (the Day of the Great Year), although the Student benefits from Salary, free housing, and access to services, the Region (the former Country) has the moral and legal obligation to provide the Whole with the resources specific to its region (agricultural, technological, mineral, or spiritual).
🔸Unified Exchange System: No region is isolated. What a region produces in surplus is offered to the other Regions and Great Tribes, receiving in exchange the resources it lacks.
🔸Collective Responsibility: The well-being of each member is directly linked to the capacity of their Region to function and contribute to the "blood" of the planetary system. There are no longer parasitic Regions; every point on the map becomes a lung or a heart pumping life into the Whole.
3. Objective: Vital Space and Harmony: The final goal of this audit is reaching a state of "Zero Overcrowding." The human being must have space to breathe, create, and evolve. By moving from over-agglomeration to an intelligent distribution, we restore the earth's capacity to regenerate and the human being's dignity to live in harmony with the environment.
Open Cities and the Dynamics of Circulation of Students of the Human Form
To honor the freedom of exploration of consciousness and to facilitate a smooth transition to the New Organization, we add the following provisions to the Law of the Earth:
Cities of Coexistence (Nodes of Exchange)
Each of the 4 Great Tribes (North, South, East, West) can organize up to 4 Open Cities on its territory.
🔸Purpose: These cities are intended for students who wish to discover the vibration ("vibe") of another tribe, to work and coexist outside their region, zone, or sector of origin.
🔸Administration: The cities remain under the jurisdiction and guidance of the host Great Tribe (EAST, NORTH, WEST, SOUTH). Visiting students will respect the rules of the city and the laws of the Great Tribe in which they are located.
🔸Collaboration: These Zones represent platforms for global collaboration under the aegis of the Tribe of Mankind, where members of all tribes can exist and work together.
Review of the Protocol: Guarantee of Residence and Member Status
To ensure the dignity of each student and to eliminate the material barriers that block the evolution of consciousness, we add the following mandatory clause for the 16 Open Cities:
Guarantee of Housing and Automatic Integration
At the moment a student is accepted for relocation to an Open City (either through their own request or through allocation according to the needs of the region), the administration system of the host Tribe will automatically issue:
At the moment of relocation to an Open City, to ensure the stability necessary for work and study, the administrative system will apply the following rules:
🔸Right of Use: The student receives the right of use over a housing unit offered by the city, without purchase costs or rent. The home is made available as a fundamental instrument of evolution, and its maintenance falls upon the student.
🔸Management of Visible Resources: Maintenance expenses and related consumables (water, energy, etc.) are the direct responsibility of the student. This ensures a conscious use and respect for the planet's resources.
🔸Restitution Clause: In the event that the student decides to relocate again or leave the city, they have the obligation to return the home in the same state in which they received it or improved.
🔸Member Status: The student immediately receives the rights and responsibilities of a member of that Sector. There is no status of "immigrant" or "foreigner"; once entering the city, you are an integral part of the local vibration, under the protection and laws of the host Great Tribe.
Population Flow and Balancing of Resources
Each Region has the right to request from the Great Tribe of which it is part the supplementation of the population in the sectors and zones where there is a need for labor or specific expertise.
🔸Integration: Transferred students will be integrated as full members of the zone or sector in which they are deployed, adopting the responsibilities of that territory.
🔸Meaning: This measure ensures that no region remains blocked in underdevelopment and that the talents of students are used where they bring the greatest benefit to the whole.
Architecture of Movement: The Nomadic Routes and the Planetary Main Road
To protect the integrity of the biosphere and to honor the free spirit of the explorer, the Day of the Great Year establishes a globally coordinated mobility system:
The Great Main Road of the 18 Nodes
The project of the Railway and the Unique Planetary Road is instituted. This strategic route will connect the 16 Open Cities, the Capital of the Empire, and an 18th strategic node (to be established), eliminating the need for the fragmentation of nature through thousands of unnecessary secondary roads.
🔸Protection of Nature: The route will be designed to minimize the impact on the environment, allowing the rest of the planet to breathe and regenerate.
🔸Migration Corridors: The Main Road will include passages and routes dedicated especially to the migration of animal forms, ensuring that the natural flow of life is not interrupted by human infrastructure.
Route of the Nomad Tribe
We recognize the status of the Nomad Student, the one who does not choose a fixed city, but learns from the whole world.
🔸Equipped Places: Throughout the earth, along the planetary route, there will be dedicated spaces where the nomads can stop, benefiting from basic resources without disturbing the local ecosystems.
🔸Human Migration: The nomadic route is aligned with the great main road, offering a clear structure for movement, so that human presence is a blessing for the places visited, not a source of degradation.
Habitat on Water and Fluvial Routes
On the Day of the Great Year, consciousness extends also to the aquatic environment.
🔸Naval Houses: Students will be able to use adapted boats as dwellings on rivers (e.g., the Danube) or other designated bodies of water.
🔸Living on Water: These locations offer an alternative for harmonious coexistence, under the same rules of responsibility and maintenance as terrestrial homes.
Thus, through the Law of the Earth, the Tribe of Mankind through the Empire of the Sun (the Day of the Great Year) definitively closes the cycle of exploitation and alienation. The Earth ceases to be an object of commerce and becomes, once again, a temple of life – a space in which each student can live their meaning, in harmony with nature and with the other nations of the Tribe of Mankind.
This is the foundation upon which the future of humanity will be built on the Day of the Great Year: the earth belongs to all, housing is a fundamental right of everyone, and the custodianship of the territory is a sacred responsibility, not a privilege.
«The Earth belongs to the entire planetary school and is not for sale.» – this is the pillar that supports the entire architecture of the new world.
This project is open to future refinements, as the transition will reveal new practical aspects.
