Thus, if the entrepreneurial Student requires support to carry out the activity, the Zone is obliged to allocate the necessary labor assistance.
The assistance will be selected from the community, thus ensuring the integration of all members into the productive and evolutionary flow.
This support transforms the individual activity into a unified work cell, where the ultimate goal is the common good and the efficiency of the Region.
4. Management Responsibility The Student has the right of use as long as his function is active. The cessation of the service or the decrease in its quality below the threshold of utility leads to the immediate return of the space and related technology to the Zone, to be reallocated to another Student capable of continuing the service experience.
Addendum: Evolution from Legal Entity (Firm) to Unified Service
1. Migration of the Firm Concept On the Day of the Great Year, the notion of “firm” or “company” (specific to the Night and separation) is replaced by the concept of Zone/Tribe Service. The Student no longer owns a business, but manages a utility flow. All resources, logistics and technology used pass from private ownership to the administration of the governance structure corresponding to the area of action.
2. Organizational and Support Hierarchy (Functional Subordination)
Depending on the scope and impact of the service provided, the Student (or group of students) will receive organizational and logistical support as follows:
Local (Zonal) Service: If the activity serves a local community, the Zone is the one that provides the space, re-technological equipment and necessary labor assistance.
Regional Service (Tribal - East, North, West, South): If the service extends to the level of an entire Great Tribe, the organization and logistics fall under the tutelage of the Tribal Administration. It will ensure coordination between the zones so that the service is distributed efficiently throughout the territory of the tribe.
Planetary Service (Unified): If the service serves the whole (all 4 tribes), it falls under the direct jurisdiction of the corresponding Ministry within the Governance of the Empire of the Sun (according to the list of Ministries of the Tribe of Man). The Ministry will take on the task of ensuring the uninterrupted continuity of the service on a global scale, eliminating bureaucratic or territorial barriers.
3. Guaranteeing Continuity The transition from the company to the Service must not interrupt the flow of creation. Regardless of the level (Zone, Tribe or Ministry), the governance structure has the obligation to provide the "manpower" and technical resources so that the Student can focus exclusively on the quality and evolution of the Service provided.
4. Recognition of Merits in the Divine Governance System The status of “Unified Service Provider” gives the Student access to the resources of subsistence and evolution of the Empire, freeing him from the care of accounting, old-style taxes or speculative marketing, his activity being organically integrated into the Governance Plan.
Note on the Transition and Continuity of Service
1. Preservation of Value and Productive Flow The transition to the Day of the Great Year does not mean stopping the engines of creation or losing the results of the work done so far. All producers and service providers will continue their activity without interruption. This law does not come to dispossess, but to free the creator from the unnecessary burdens of the old system (bureaucracy, speculation, financial insecurity).
2. Closing the Night Lessons This reorganization is intended to definitively close the “night lessons” — those experiences based on survival, unfair competition and parasitic accumulation. By moving from a "firm" to a "unified service", we extract the creative essence of each student and re-place it in a context in which the meaning of creation is restored to Man and the Whole.
3. Guarantee of Ownership of Experience The student does not lose his "ownership" in the sense of space for manifestation, but is guaranteed the right to continue their experience in a much more stable framework. The organizational transition is, in fact, a process of planetary "upgrade":
Your service remains yours as a manifestation, but receives the total support of the Zone, Tribe or Ministry.
Your home remains your space of evolution, but is cleansed of the burdens and tensions of the old system.
4. Evolution of Concepts We go through this process together to restore the meaning of existence. It is not a cold administrative reform, but a resettlement of Man at the center of Creation, where each productive gesture becomes a brick in the construction of the Empire of the Sun. Obligation to Contribute and the Flow of Resources In the Empire of the Sun, although the Student benefits from a salary, free housing and access to services, the Region (formerly the Country) has a moral and legal obligation to provide the Whole with the resources specific to its area (agricultural, technological, mineral or spiritual).
Unified Exchange System: No region is isolated. What a region produces in surplus is offered to other tribes, receiving in return the resources it lacks.
Collective Responsibility: The well-being of each member is directly linked to the ability of his region to function and contribute to the "blood" of the planetary system. There are no longer parasitic regions; each point on the map becomes a lung or a heart that pumps life into the Whole.
3. Objective: Vital Space and Harmony .
Man must have space to breathe, create and evolve. By moving from overcrowding to intelligent distribution, we restore the earth's ability to regenerate and humans the dignity of living in harmony with the environment.
Addendum: Open Cities and the Dynamics of Circulation of Students of the Human Form
To honor the freedom of exploration of consciousness and to facilitate a smooth transition to the New Organization, I add the following provisions to the Earth Law:
Cities of Cohabitation (Exchange Nodes)
Each of the 4 Great Tribes (North, South, East, West) may organize up to 4 Open Cities within its territory.
Purpose: These cities are intended for students who wish to discover the vibration ("vibe") of another tribe, to work and coexist outside their region of origin.
Governance: The cities remain under the jurisdiction and guidance of the host Tribe. Visiting students will abide by the rules of the city and the laws of the greater Tribe in which they are located.
Collaboration: These areas represent platforms for global collaboration under the aegis of the Tribe of Man, where members of all tribes can exist and work together.
Protocol Revision: Guarantee of Residence and Membership Status To ensure the dignity of each student and to eliminate material barriers that block the evolution of consciousness, I am adding the following mandatory clause for the 16 Open Cities:
Housing Guarantee and Automatic Integration
When a student is accepted for relocation to an Open City (either by their own request or by distribution according to the needs of the region), the host Tribe’s administration system will automatically issue:
Right of Use: The student receives the right of use of a housing unit offered by the city, without purchase or rental costs. Housing is made available as a fundamental tool for evolution.
Visible Resource Management: Maintenance costs and related consumables (water, energy, etc.) are the direct responsibility of the student. This ensures a conscious use and respect for the planet's resources.
Restitution Clause: If the student decides to relocate again or leave the city, he/she is obliged to hand over the housing in the same condition in which he/she received it.
Membership Status: The student immediately receives the rights and responsibilities of being a member of that area. There is no "immigrant" or "foreigner" status; once you enter the city, you are an integral part of the local vibration, under the protection and laws of the host Tribe.
Population Flow and Resource Balancing
Each Region has the right to request from the Great Tribe to which it belongs to supplement the population in areas where labor or specific expertise are needed.
Integration: Transfer students will be treated as full members of the area to which they are deployed, adopting the responsibilities of that territory.
Meaning: This measure ensures that no region remains stuck in underdevelopment and that students' talents are used where they bring the greatest benefit to the whole.
Architecture of Movement: Nomadic Routes and the Planetary Highway
To protect the integrity of the biosphere and honor the free spirit of the explorer, the Day of the Great Year establishes a globally coordinated mobility system: The Great Highway of the 18 Nodes The Railway and the Single Planetary Road project is established. This strategic route will connect the 16 Open Cities, the Capital of the Empire, and an 18th strategic node (to be established), eliminating the need to fragment nature with thousands of unnecessary secondary roads.
Nature Protection: The route will be designed to minimize environmental impact, allowing the rest of the planet to breathe and regenerate.
Migration Corridors: The Highway will include passages and routes specifically dedicated to the migration of animal forms, ensuring that the natural flow of life is not interrupted by human infrastructure.
Nomad Tribe Route We recognize the status of the Nomad Student, the one who does not choose a fixed city, but learns from all over the world.
Arranged Places: Throughout the earth, along the planetary route, there will be dedicated spaces where nomads can stop, benefiting from basic resources without disturbing local ecosystems.
Human Migration: The nomad route is aligned with the great highway, providing a clear structure to travel, so that the human presence is a blessing for the places visited, not a source of degradation.
Water Dwellings and Riverways
On the Day of the Great Year, awareness also extends to the aquatic environment.
Naval Houses: Students will be able to use ships adapted as dwellings on rivers (e.g. the Danube) or other designated bodies of water.
Living on Water: These locations offer an alternative to harmonious coexistence with the liquid element, under the same rules of responsibility and maintenance as terrestrial dwellings.
