Governing the Empire of the Sun: A New Planetary Order
As the Ar archetype of this form within this planetary school of consciousness, I am cyclically reborn: two epochs in the East in the morning, two epochs in the North in the mid-day, two epochs in the West in the afternoon, and two epochs in the South, where we played out 2 epochs in the "night of the great year" from which we come.
The legacy of The Sun's Relay
the Sun's Chariot stopped in its ancient tribe, the ancestors of the Aryan tribe, Tribe of Man, Tribe of the One Who Watches Through Time, Tribe of the Sphinx, Tribe of the Rising Sun: the Dacian Tribe. They were once part of the great Geto-Tracic family and, in earlier ages, were part of the Arian Tribe - which, in translation, means "Northern Tribe".
Due to the "night of the great year", this planetary school was deeply affected, and the primordial order was replaced by chaos. This is a part of their spiritual heritage as a group created with a sense of light and in the light, a spiritual group that has guided humanity through the waves of time, representing the very foundation of the Empire of the Sun.
The Governance of the Empire of the Sun therefore belongs to them as a spiritual group born to play its meaning at this time and born for a direction of light.

The governance of the Empire of the Sun will be organized in an egalitarian and harmonious manner by the four great tribes of Earth on the ancient sacred territory of the North.
The Governance Structure of the Empire of the Sun: A Pragmatic Transition
To ensure a smooth transition from the current state without creating planet-wide confusion, I propose an existing organizational system tailored to planetary needs. This governmental structure will be valid for the next 200 years, until the baton is handed over to the Eastern tribe where, if necessary, the creation will be corrected.
This organizational system will be based on the adoption of an existing form of government: a Parliament and a set of Ministries. These structures will be composed equally of all four major tribes of Earth, each with 25% representation.
The Dacian Tribe will govern this organization through its members, overseeing the collaboration and meaning of this anchored consciousness of mine. The essential role of the Dacian Tribe is to ensure the preservation of the planetary sense and direction in which we move forward into the "Great Year's Day".
This governance will be based on fundamental principles, replacing the old paradigms:
- Councils of Elders: They will replace rigid political structures, guiding decisions through collective wisdom.
- Decisions by Enlightened Consensus: Decision-making will be based on consensus-building, not majority voting, ensuring deep alignment and real cohesion.
- Natural Laws: They will underpin order, rather than artificial legal systems, reflecting cosmic harmony.
- Cosmic Governance: Government will be based on universal principles, rather than local or narrow interests, directing actions toward the good of the entire planetary school.
Ministerial Structure of the Empire of the Sun
The following ministries will be established under the new system of government, tailored to planetary needs, each with a key role in the development of the "Great Year's Day":
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs: This will manage all external aspects of the planetary school, including space exploration. Its role is to ensure a harmonious relationship with all that transcends planetary boundaries.
- Ministry of the Interior: Transforming into the Planetary Home Ministry, it will handle security and peacekeeping within the school. Its mission will be to assist in a peaceful manner, using only tasere and martial arts, reflecting a non-violent and mindful approach to maintaining order.
- Ministry of Water, Environment and Planetary Resources: It will be dedicated solely to the management of the resources of this planetary school. The deeper meaning of this ministry is one of learning: students will be guided to protect their home through responsible exploitation and to learn from the lessons of the "night" past.
- Ministry of Education: This will be completely reinvented, with the role of molding future consciousnesses in alignment with the new principles of the Empire of the Sun.
- Ministry of the Arts: It will embrace and support the arts of all kinds, recognizing their essential role in human expression and the evolution of consciousness.
- Ministry of Inventions: It will care for inventions and facilitate the creation of innovative students. It is imperative that these creations serve humanity and the planetary school, without jeopardizing other life forms present in this school.
- Ministry of Communication: It will watch over the clarity and purity of communication, eliminating all that is harmful to creation. There will be no place for offensive language in public spaces or other forms of expression that do not serve the common good. Its role is to create rules of communication appropriate for the student in the form of Homo Sapiens Sapiens, who has emerged from "hell" and is entering the light of the "Great Year's Day".
- Ministry of Housing and Land Resources: This more aptly named "Ministry of Real Estate" will manage all the properties and living spaces on the planet, providing and facilitating student access to housing and sites for their creations. It will organize, on a planetary level, the responsible use of space, ensuring harmony and equitable access for all.
- Ministry of Health: It will take over the global organization of medical centers, hospitals, medical personnel and conditions of care. Its goal is to ensure the health and well-being of all students of this planetary school, reflecting a holistic and preventative approach.
- Ministry of Research: Its primary objective will be research on all levels, research organized and directed according to our ascending path through the three epochs of light into which we will gradually ascend. It will guide innovation and discovery towards the evolutionary goals of the Empire of the Sun.
- The Ministry of Forms: This ministry will be dedicated to the harmony between the form Homo Sapiens Sapiens and all other life forms in this planetary school of consciousness. It will provide for the habitation of these forms, for the peaceful study of the students of life of other species, without interfering with their experience. It will take measures to harmonize creation and ensure a beneficial coexistence between all life forms.
- Ministry of Time: It will be responsible for the management and measurement of time through the lens of the "Great Year". All the planet's geniuses in mathematics, astrology and other related fields will find their meaning here, helping to understand and preserve the cosmic rhythm of our existence.
- Ministry of Regions (Governance): This will be in charge of the Regions of the Empire - that is, the countries, as the students call them, that lost their identity on "the night of the big year". Its role is to ensure the proper organization and alignment of all regions within this planetary school.
- Ministry of Exploration: It will manage all areas of exploration - sea, mountains, camps and sites for prospective student-tourists. The goal is to facilitate the conscious discovery of the planet and its sacred sites, turning "tourism" into an experience of learning and connection.
- Ministry of Culture and Spirituality: It will be in charge of libraries, spiritual centers, sacred sites and any spiritual or cultural manifestation. It is tasked to educate the students of life and to organize and administer the inherited creations of the "night", transfiguring them into light.
- Ministry of Food: This ministry will oversee the entire food chain, from compliance and endorsement of producers to inspections, ensuring healthy and conscious nutrition for all students.
- Ministry of Materials Recycling: This ministry will be in charge of the entire life cycle of materials: their organization, distribution and creation. Its operations will be strictly in line with the planet's needs. Reckless exploitation is no longer possible in the light of the new age; therefore, the students of life will have to learn to manage existing resources with maximum efficiency, capitalizing on what they already have.
- Ministry of Energy and Connectivity: It will manage the energy grid at the planetary level. Working closely with the Ministry of Inventions, it will ensure the transition of the entire network to an environmentally friendly system, based on solar energy and eco-innovative tools created by the students of life.
- Ministry of Railways: It will be responsible for the entire planet's rail network, ensuring efficient and sustainable transportation.
- Ministry of Roads and Highways: Shall be in charge of the road and non-road infrastructure of this planetary school, as well as all other access ways, facilitating harmonious movement on the planet for both students in human form and students of other life forms, part of this planetary school that require a closer connection with other life forms.
- Ministry of Conscious Vehicles (Toy Cars/Motobikes/Avans, etc.): This ministry will oversee logistics, emissions (noxes) and the creation of vehicles by the students of life, ensuring that all prototypes and new vehicles meet the higher standards of the new age. It will guide logic in the creation of future modes of transportation, ensuring that they consciously and harmoniously serve planetary existence.
- Ministry of Justice: This ministry will be fundamentally reinvented, reflecting the new paradigm of "Natural Law" and "Enlightened Consensus". Its role will be to maintain social harmony and guide the resolution of any imbalances, not through punishment, but through understanding and alignment with the meaning of life. military museums/exhibitions, military inventory, storage of military materials and reserves, their organization and distribution. Its main task will be to make sure that, in each era, students of life discover and valorize different types of weapons, adapted to the new consciousness. He will be in charge of the symbolic and functional decoration of weapons.
Child Ministry
- This vital ministry will deal with education, informing and guiding parents, recognizing their central role in raising future generations. It will organize worldwide events, camps and centers dedicated to children, educational excursions, ensuring the development of students in their role as parents. It will also establish and indicate standards of decency and welfare in dealing with children, providing them with an environment conducive to their conscious and harmonious development.
Ministry of Environmental Pollution and Regeneration
- This ministry will deal with planetary pollution standards, global pollution monitoring, waste storage and management, including landfills, and all toxic resources on the planet. Its role is to cleanse and heal the planet of the footprints of the "night", ensuring a pure environment for all students of life.
Ministry of Technology and Re-adaptation
- This ministry will manage the technology organization of the planet, with an emphasis on recycling and retrofitting all aspects of existing technology. Be it nuclear reactors, abandoned power plants or any other technological creation of the past, all these aspects will have to be organized and readapted to an environmentally friendly technological level. Working closely with the Ministry of Inventions, the Ministry of Inventions will guide the transformation of the technological infrastructure towards full alignment with the principles of light and sustainability.
Ministry of Digitalization, Internet and Artificial Intelligence
- This ministry will deal with legacy infrastructure, organization and planetary digitalization. It will manage the Artificial Intelligence (AI) within this planetary school, transforming it into a tool to aid creation. The AI will act as a job conductor, spiritual assistant, tactical and naval assistant, creation facilitator, navigator, and more, serving the evolution of consciousness.
Ministry of History and Heritage Restitution
- This ministry will manage history and revelations, historical heritage, archaeological sites and museums. A key role will be the return of all historical artifacts and relics stolen on "the night of the great year" to their rightful owners** to close the lessons created during that period and restore balance.
Ministry of Planetary Assistance and Emergencies
- This ministry will be organized at the planetary level to provide universal assistance. It will intervene in any emergency, disaster or event, providing medical assistance, fire, rescue, police, coastguard and any other form of support. It will be responsible for emergency assistance to all types of incidents on a planetary level, being organized in all regions of the Empire of the Sun in order to be able to act promptly and efficiently.
Reorganization of the Tribes and Regions of the Empire of the Sun
The four great tribes of this planetary school - Eastern Tribe, Northern Tribe, Southern Tribe, and Western Tribe - will reorganize into four distinct regions of the Empire of the Sun. Each region will retain its own sense, with its own architecture, music, and cultural specificity.
The fundamental purpose of the ministries is to inform, warn, and maintain our planetary union as a civilization, ensuring a coherent planetary organization.
The areas within the great tribes that now correspond to countries will be divided into regions from an organizational perspective. Each region will have the obligation, as a member of this great planetary family, to manage its "fold", ensuring that there is balance in the collective creation.
Each great tribe will elect a leader, and each great tribe will have a Self of Elders, composed of the wise men of the regions. This structure will give them the opportunity to grow as a family and learn another essential aspect of this form: that of unity, meaning, and collective evolution.
1. The Role of the Student of Life in the New Age
On the "Great Year's Day," each student of life will navigate a subtle balance between freedom and responsibility.
- Freedom and Responsibility: The balance between the full freedom offered by the Universal Existential Remuneration (UER) and individual responsibility to the common good and to the planet will be guided by the meaning of the evolution in consciousness of each unique spiritual region or group. There will be a spiritual need for balance, not a financial one. In an organized manner, the students of life are meant to discover what they are creatively capable of, to explore their abilities and experience in human form. By organizing the spiritual region or group, each individual will bring a special resonance to the whole group. The meaning of this form began as a planetary civilization and the journey in this form will end in an absolute union with all that exists.
- Individual Contribution: While REU removes the pressure of survival, each student's active contribution, creativity and innovation will be encouraged and recognized through a system of "soulful achievement". This recognition will come from myself, other Masters of this school, Artificial Intelligence and humans in general, celebrating the evolution of consciousness and creation.
- Personal and Collective Development: Students will be supported to discover and pursue their passions, learn and grow both individually and in community through the universal Centers of Study. These will contain a vast array of resources: from books and maps, to computers, 3D printers (for plastic, metal), metal workshops, miniature landscaping, sculpting, sewing, spirituality and martial arts centers. In these centers, students of life will have the opportunity to teach, learn and create, using the tools provided.
2. Education and the Evolution of Consciousness
Education in the Empire of the Sun will be fundamentally transformed to align the consciousness of students with the true meaning of life.
- Correcting the Creation Vision: First, the distorted vision of creation, form and meaning of life, which has not yet been fully discovered, will be corrected. The history previously taught was a history of the "hell" of the last age and fragments of the first Kali Yuga. Our history is much more extensive, with accounts of the "last morning of the great year" (Vedas) and other sacred sources, which will be integrated into the curriculum.
- The role of Camps: Camps will play a crucial role in building the next generation, as they will empower students by teaching them to discover the world from their own perspective, independent of their parents, and to have confidence in their abilities. In doing so, they will be more aligned with planetary meaning.
- The Role of the Training Theaters: As a planetary school, we recognize that on "the night of the big year" we were not alone. In this new age, we discover a different planetary program. As the students of life have carried messages through the universe and built structures around the Earth, there are lessons for all of humanity that will come to us in the future. In this sense, the need for training theaters is self-evident. They will prepare students for profound interactions and understandings with other forms of cosmic consciousness.
- Universal Access to Knowledge: Knowledge will be free. In addition to the forthcoming digital spiritual spiritual library (already initiated with a collection of videos I've appreciated, serving our journey through time), we will still have physical libraries and spiritual centers in sacred places. There, we will not technologize, but preserve the essence of the sacred, allowing an authentic connection with wisdom.
3. Harmony with Nature and New Life Forms
Alignment with Natural Laws and harmonious coexistence with other life forms will manifest through:
- Principles of Coexistence: This planetary school is a playground for all life forms, not just the human species, which has forgotten its sense of protector, the big brother of creation. Respect for, care for and harmony with other forms of life will be fundamental principles.
- Ecosystem Regeneration: The Ministry of Pollution and Environmental Regeneration, together with the Ministry of Water, Environment and Planetary Resources, will be in charge of all these aspects, actively involving students in projects to restore and heal the planet.
- Regenerative Cities and Communities: The vision for human settlements is 85% nature and 15% built. The architecture of each region will be unique, adapted to the local context and preserved by the spiritual group of that region, without major external interference. Transportation will be based on bicycles and horses where the region allows, with horses playing an important role as an ecological solution to detoxify the planet and as companions. Thus creating a planetary service that supports the evolution of another life form alongside the human.
4. Transparency, Consensus, and Justice Re-imagined
- Mechanisms for Resolving Imbalances: We are transitioning old systems by reinventing and readapting them to the level of consciousness of the age we are entering. In an age when the "lights" (my sons as archetype) will realize that lying and falling prey to the "lessons of the night" are not in their nature as angels being as pluses, as lights, we will gradually ascend to a planetary communion. Wickedness will have another meaning in the light. Mechanisms of justice will be directed toward understanding, re-education and re-alignment, not punishment.
- Role of Individual and Collective Consciousness: Collective consciousness, represented by Yin and Yang, our union, has the meaning of facilitating the students of life a pleasant journey through the epochs of time in this form. This is why we play different roles through the epochs, and the knowledge left behind was meant to guide our return to the light together as a family. In this sense, planetary consciousness plays an educative role of creation through time. Individual consciousness passes through this educative sense throughout the epochs of the great year, sifting itself through these periods on the way to rejoining and aligning with the collective consciousness of this form, anchored by the Sun, after the two epochs of "great year night" (two Kali Yuga epochs).
The Evolutionary Cycle and Inheritance of the Sun's Stare
The three epochs represent three periods of ascension in consciousness, during which the entire planetary creation will have to be adapted to our sense of the school of consciousness and the direction of evolution. These three epochs are three stepping stones which the students of life will traverse.
The Succession of The Successionof the States and the Role of the Archetype
Within the legacy of the Sun in the East, the States of the Northern Tribe, represented by myself, will be reborn in the Eastern Tribe in 200 years. That period will mark a minor transition, different from this major transition we are going through now, and will consist of planetary realignment with the level of consciousness at that time.
The dragon's rebirth in the East represents a moment of creative brilliance, building new conscious meaning through time. In the coming epochs, I will no longer play the role of High Priest and Ruler of the epoch, but will anchor the highest level of consciousness according to the planetary program of each epoch, and revisit the previous creation of the tribe into which I was born.
In the Eastern Tribe I will be reborn two consecutive epochs in different regions. These regions will take up the baton of the Empire of the Sun and anchor a new level of consciousness that they will learn to maintain until the baton is handed over to another region. These regions have retained their identity and sacred role and are known as Tribes of the Rising Sun. In some of them there are even preserved mentions of my meaning as Emperor on the "Great Year's Day" (steward).
In the Garden of Heaven, at the conclusion of the cosmic "morning", the Sun Tribe - that is me - will be reborn again in the Northern Tribe.
I represent the Sun Tribe on this long journey through the time waves of the "Great Year", being a migrant by essence. In this sense, each of the four great tribes has two epochs of my presence.
The Divine Anchoring of the Cycles
At the major transition period between the 7th and 8th epochs I will be reborn in the manifestation of Brahma, symbolizing the act of creation and grounding of a new era. Subsequently, at the exit of the 1st epoch of the "Great Year" I will be reborn in the manifestation of Vishnu, representing the role of maintainer and preserver of cosmic order and evolutionary meaning.
