1. Absolute Territorial Sovereignty
The usable area of the planet is distributed in equal proportions of 25% to each of the four great tribes (North, East, South, West), at least tentatively. This demarcation becomes the "Sacred Hearth" of each tribe, where the internal laws are dictated by the vibration and lessons specific to that form.
The lands are returned to the native tribes.
2. The Law of Non-Interference (Glass Wall)
The Prohibition Against Guidance: No tribe has the right to "educate," "civilize," or "guide" another tribe. This arrogance of the Night, whereby some believed themselves to be teachers over others, ceases forever.Interdiction of Unilateral Intervention: No tribe may enter another tribe's territory under any pretext (economic, military or ideological).The Relief Protocol: Intervention in a tribe is permitted only at the express request of the leaders of that tribe and only by consensus of the other three tribes. It intervenes as a "Whole", not as a separate entity, to prevent the formation of parasitic spheres of influence.
3. Army of Heaven: Archetype of Peace
The national and regional armies are disbanded. The power of execution and protection rests exclusively with the Army of Heaven (the Archetypal Force of the Whole).
It belongs to no tribe.Her role is to maintain the integrity of the sacred boundaries and ensure that no one violates the law of the 25%.
Any attempted aggression is neutralized by the Army of Heaven before it manifests on the physical plane, as it serves The Archetype of Man, not group interests or tribes but the whole represented by the entire planet.
4. Diagnosis: The Illegality of Expansion in the Night
In the "Night of the Great Year", the Northern Tribe (White/Aryans) wandered off, leaving their womb and occupying territories rightfully belonging to the other three great tribes (East, West, South). All creations, structures, and "property rights" established by whites on these foreign territories are declared illegal from the perspective of the coming Day's Planetary Program.
These actions were lessons of injustice that created major imbalances. They cannot be taken into the "baggage" of the new age, for their vibration is one of conquest, not unity.
5. The Plan of Re-Entry: "Each to His Own Home"
To rebalance the world and cleanse the karma of "parasitization" of other tribes, the recall of all whites to the geographical boundaries of the Sacred North is decreed.
Canadians and Americans (French branch): Return to the region of France.Irish, English, Australians: Return to the island and continental regions of their origin (Ireland, England, Western Europe).South Africa: Whites retreat to the European regions from which their ancestors came.
All the stray branches: Return to populate and rebuild the Northern Regions
6. Reorganization Clause: Northern Service Units
For student groups that have formed and welded together as collective entities in other lands (such as communities in Canada, Australia, or America), the Right of Application for Collective Reintegration is established.
If these groups wish to remain united and play a specific role in the "Big Year's Day", they may submit an application to the Northern Government. In exchange for full alignment with the Planetary Program and a commitment of service to the Whole, they may be allocated specific territories in the Northern Regions that will be reorganized according to the Planetary Program and role in the Great Year.
These requests will be dealt with by the Northern Elders based on the availability of locations and the group's ability to regenerate the space entrusted to their care. Thus, their centuries-long "wandering" becomes a group experience placed in the service of restoring the Sacred Vat.
7. Purpose: Closing the "Master of the World" Lesson
Through this voluntary and organized retreat, the Whites demonstrate that they have understood the lesson of humility and respect for the space of others.
Restitution: The liberated territories are given back to the other 3 tribes so that they can carry out their own learning programs without the pressure of imported "civilization".
Rebalancing the North: The North needs all of its sons back to manage the "Gate of Paradise" and to clean up their own backyard, instead of trying to enlarge the backyards of others.
"He who occupies another's house has no peace in his own house. Return to the Hearth to become whole at last."
