We must understand a fundamental truth: Divine Law can exist on this earth only when we are all united in the Tribe of Man. Any other interpretation of the law, any fragmentation into thousands of local and contradictory legislations, is only a division and a lesson in itself - a barrier to the light.
The law remains the Divine, reflecting the maintenance of the inner light, weighed in times of major transition. The laws created by the students of this form - the more than 200 current interpretations - will be integrated into a single Guide of Human on the Great New Year's Day. This article explains the steps necessary to bring back the notion of Law lost in the darkness of the Night of the Great Year, turning control into protection and punishment into evolution.
Order of the Panthers: Guardians of Harmony
On the Day of the Great Year, in the Empire of the Sun, there are no "organs of control" but frequencies of service. Public services are no longer instruments of power, but arms of the common service, structured under the Order of the Panthers:
- Black Panthers (Pillars of Structure - Services ): The logistical and administrative pillars of the Tribes; those that maintain the "skeleton" and logistics of material existence into the future, from the perspective of the planetary program and the school we are in charge of.
- Red Panthers (Fire fighters): Rescuers and firefighters, the task force in the face of hazard.
- White Panthers (Medics): Keepers of purity and healing (Human and Veterinary Medicine).
- Blue Panthers (Policee): Guardians of social harmony and human safety, grounded in the Guidance of Man instead of forcefully imposed law.
- Green Panthers (Animal Police and Forest Police): Advocates of biodiversity; protection of the animal and forest kingdom.
- Yellow Panthers (Army of Heaven): Army,Airspace surveillance, coastal protection force and lifeguards. They are the eyes that watch from above and afar, ensuring the safety of natural boundaries and sea travel.
We cannot migrate this concept of Police unless we also migrate the lessons that this carved face created on the night of the great year in over 200 forms implies. Thus, on the day of the great year, we migrate from these carved faces to new concepts in the service of the whole, represented by this entire planetary school. The Compassionate Technology and Self-Regulation Lesson
The members of these orders, being brothers and sisters to those they protect, have eliminated violence from their arsenal, for they cannot use firearms, gas, not even balls, for that would involve an effect that is not necessarily good, being one of injury. Neither paralytic sprays, nor those for blinding will be allowed. In cases of major imbalance, the Blue Panthers use state-change technology: "soft" projectiles with stimulants (such as cannabis) that induce the calm necessary for introspection.
Any such intervention, however, comes with a natural consequence, assumed by the student: a minimum two-week driving restriction. This is not an external sanction, but a lesson the student creates for himself. If you needed assistance to regain your peace of mind, it means that your system needs some time to integrate into a walking pace, becoming aware of your steps on earth again.
Conclusion: From Darkness to Oneness
The concept of the Law changes radically with the awakening of male students from the polarization of "slickness" (the night lessons that keep them captive in darkness) and with the rise in consciousness of the female collective. When we stop creating "darkness" for personal gain, the chapter of criminality closes of its own accord.
Returning to Divine Law means dissolving the 200 human interpretations into one Man's Guide, valid for all, under one heaven.
Juridical Architecture: the Tribunal of the Elders and the Work of Restoration
From the legal perspective of the Tribes of Man's Guide, the concept of "tribunal" transmutes. We no longer look for culprits to isolate them, but seek solutions to reintegrate the stray light.
1. The Great Tribunal of the Four Tribes
The Great Tribunal of the Tribe of Man will be established, represented by the Elders of the Four Great Tribes of the Earth (individual spiritual students who have attained a level of knowledge of self and their inner light (Druids)). This supreme court watches over the overall balance and the observance of the Guidance of Man.
At the local level, each great tribe can create its Small Tribunals consisting of wise representatives of their respective regions, who know the cultural specifics and needs of the community and have the necessary level of awareness (self-knowledge) to understand both creation and its meaning within creation.
2. From Punishment to Restoration (Work for the Benefit of the Whole)
The major transformation is the abandonment of the notion of "punishment" (which only multiplied the darkness on the Night of the Great Year). In place of concrete cells, the "sentence" becomes a Municipality Service.
The wrongdoer will pay his debt to collective harmony through concrete actions: rebuilding, cleaning up (alongside the Green Panthers) or assisting in Black Panther logistics. Thus, the one who destroyed one balance is obliged to build two in its place.
3. Extreme Cases and Tribal Sovereignty
For extreme lessons - such as the taking of a life - judgment will be made at the highest level of the Great Tribe of which the one in question is a member.
Each Great Tribe has the sacred responsibility to judge its own members. This judgment is based on a single Law, which acts as a Guide of Man, a terrestrial reflection of Divine Law adapted for the understanding of the human form.
In such cases, one does not seek revenge (an eye for an eye), but understanding of the fracture that led to such an act and isolating or re-educating the spirit in a way that no longer pollutes the fabric of life.
