The duty of implementing this project falls upon the Parents of the four great tribes of the Earth—masters of this planetary school. These masters are students who have completed the cycle of the eight epochs of the human form and have been chosen for their aptitudes to serve creation within this planetary school. Each great tribe represents one of the pillars of creation. The Tension Between Decisional Centralization and Regional Autonomy Each great tribe of creation—East, North, West, and South—has masters who have served creation and this planetary school for many cycles. All state structures (countries) and artificial borders created during the "Night of the Great Year"—which we define as graven images of separation—lose their self-standing authority. These shall be absorbed and shall return to their status as Regions within the 4 Great Tribes of Earth (North, South, East, West). Each region shall preserve its local specificities but will operate under the frequency and direction of its original spiritual matrix.

It is observed that the old "graven images" (states) operate with fictitious sums, in the order of trillions, used exclusively for financing conflicts and fragmentation. These sums have no backing in exports, tangible resources, or value added to life, representing an energetic parasitism on the future of the students. This structure is a falsehood in Creation that we erroneously call a "financial system"; it belongs neither to the Whole nor to any Great Tribe, but to entities that cannot advance into the empire of the Sun.
At this hour of the Great Year, the current financial system is a total fraud leading to the embezzlement of planetary resources, the enslavement of the students of this form, and inequality and injustice within the Planetary School. We are witnessing a herd effect where "financier" students support a mechanism they cannot even explain. The meaning of this school is Consciousness, and the new system we are creating must serve both the human form and the other forms experiencing within this space.
Naturally, we will not grant a salary to the students of other life forms; however, we will feed them, care for them, and protect them. All expenses derived from the care and sustenance of these forms will be paid by the Bank of the Tribe of Man, as an act of stewardship and gratitude toward the Whole.

The Role of the Parents of the East and North
Due to planetary chaos and the blockage created by those who failed in their roles, the Dacian Tribe cannot fully awaken and cannot serve its purpose at this hour. This stagnation is caused by external interference, such as the influence of the Western Tribe over Dacia and servitude to other graven images (such as the European Union).
Thus, the new financial system will be structured by the regions that, at this hour of the Great Year, represent the technical and resource "parents or grandparents" of the Eastern and Northern Tribes: China and Russia. They have the task of laying the foundations of the new financial architecture to ensure the transition to a Solar Economy, based on truth and reconstruction.
Empowerment of the East and North and the Mission of Balance
The empowerment of the regions representing the parents of the Eastern and Northern Tribes (China and Russia) is one of planetary service, not dominance.
