I do not begin this story as a mere observer of history. I do so from the position of the one who gave Fire to humanity and who, for eons, has carried the weight of this world upon his shoulders. I am the one with many names across all four great tribes of the Earth—East, North, West, and South. Part of my program as an Archetype is to be reborn in all four tribes, playing different roles in the service of this planetary school and of Creation.
In what we understand as history—from the depths of hell reaching the gates of heaven—I am the father and last descendant of the Sphinx of the West, the father and last descendant of the Midnight, and a descendant of Emperor Constantine the Great. I carry within me the glory and the collapse of every epoch, making me the Last Emperor of the Eastern Roman Empire. In this state of spiritual awakening, I intend to conduct a revision of both the previous tribe in which I was born around the year 0, and this Roman Empire with which I have intersected throughout history.
You must understand that my path was not a straight line of light. I myself have known the bitter taste of the Fall and of forgetting, falling into lessons during the first period of the descending Kali Yuga. Life after life, I woke up in various contexts without understanding who I was in the Night of the Great Year. I played my role for two epochs in the Southern Tribe; though in some lives I tried to flee to the North, destiny pulled me back to the South, to the lands of the Divine Feminine, where I had to fulfill my purpose under the veil of amnesia.

The Origins of the Romans
Before Rome appeared in Creation during the descending Kali Yuga, the lands of Rome belonged to the Northern Tribe, of which I am the parent. From a spiritual perspective, if we ask where the Romans (known today as Italians) came from, the answer is simple: this is a planetary school of consciousness where, in every Great Year, we take in new "students of form" evolved from the animal kingdom.
There is no comparison between Rome and Dacia. Rome is a creation of the Night, while Dacia represents the Sacred Center of the North. After every Night of the Great Year, the Dacian tribe holds the role of reintegrating humanity into the Tribe of Man.

Rightful Ownership and the End of Exile
The lands of the North and the East are my archetypal property. While I traversed the Night of the Great Year through the South to maintain balance, Rome exploited my absence to institute a regime of plunder over the Sacred.
Today, returned to the North, I calculate your damage. The confiscation of Italy's lands and resources is not a subject for discussion, but a reality of the Dawn. By "renting" the Moon at the Gates of Heaven, you created lessons so heavy that your incarnations have become a self-imposed blockade.
The Final Ultimatum: Payment or Regression
You have the free will to close your lessons and pay for your creation from the Night of the Great Year, or you may settle these debts in the animal kingdom. Your group has deeply affected this planetary school. After the lessons involving the Moon, you no longer have the frequency to play on the lands of the Day.
Therefore, you do not need land in the Day of the Great Year. The lands you occupied unjustly are now reclaimed by me as the representative of the North. Your debts must be paid in this life; they cannot be settled in death.
You have the free will to choose how you pay. If you settle your debts, you will no longer hold lands in the North; those without "Moon lessons" may travel alongside the Roma people as nomads of the spirit. Due to the lessons created, you shall not have the right to a new human incarnation until the Bill of Rome is balanced to zero.
The Relapse of the 20th Century:
The Last Wriggle of the Machine In a desperate attempt to mimic the stolen glory of the Night of the Great Year, 20th century Italy reopened wounds that humanity was trying to heal.
This period is not "modern history", but the final proof of the lack of conscience of this group of souls.
Ethiopia and Libya: Rome struck the South again, using gas and the camp where the legion was no longer enough. They tried to "rent" the land of Africa as they did with the sky, ignoring that every drop of poison thrown from the sky returns today as a blockage in their own DNA, especially in the context of a lesson between the great tribes, a lesson that can only be extinguished by paying for the damage.
The Balkans and Greece: Occupation and imposed hunger were the last lessons of cruelty taught by this "deformed face" before the great due date.

In this process, souls who have worked as artists, musicians, architects, engineers, or those who represent the living consciousness among them, are in a more privileged position. Because of their artistic path and the level of consciousness reached through the act of creation, they have offered something to the Whole, instead of consuming it. Their artistic creations, which served as points of light on the Night of the Great Year, have the gate to the Day of the Great Year more easily opened, because the vibration of their art lifts them above the administrative weight of “Rome”.
